⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Becky with Birth to Latch has been absolutely amazing. Our experience with her has brought us so much peace, confidence, and excitement as we prepare to welcome our first baby. Going into this pregnancy, we had no real guidance on what to expect during labor and birth. As a first-time father, I honestly wasn’t sure what my role would be or how I could best support my wife. After attending Becky’s Comfort Measures class, everything changed. I walked away with a clear understanding of my role as a husband and father during labor, along with practical tools and the confidence to be the support my wife deserves. What makes Becky so special is her warmth and kindness. She creates such a safe, welcoming environment that it genuinely feels like you’re learning from a trusted family member rather than someone you just met. She has a gift for making everyone feel comfortable, heard, and empowered. I especially appreciate that Becky doesn’t just focus on preparing moms she places just as much importance on educating and empowering the birth partner. That made a huge difference for us and strengthened our confidence as a team going into this life-changing experience. If you’re looking for a doula who is knowledgeable, compassionate, and truly invested in helping both parents feel prepared, I cannot recommend Becky and Birth to Latch enough. We are incredibly grateful to have her as part of our birth journey.

Jade was an amazing doula for our family. She is calm, compassionate and very hands on in supporting all things birth and post partum. I could not have gotten through my unmedicated birth without her. She guided me through positions and provided counter pressure to progress labor and relieve pain. She supported us postpartum as well, even connecting with our older daughter to help her feel special during the big transition. Thank you Jade!!
- Karissa Fowler
I cannot recommend Becky highly enough! From our very first meeting, she brought a level of warmth and personal care that instantly put me at ease. She didn't just feel like a support person; she felt like a trusted friend who truly had my back. Throughout my labor her presence was incredibly grounding. She was intuitive to my needs before I even had to ask, offering both emotional reassurance and practical comfort. If you are looking for a doula who is deeply compassionate, attentive, and genuinely invested in your well-being, Becky is the absolute best.

I couldn’t recommend Birth To Latch enough! Becky is amazing and she truly is an amazing educator and advocate within our community. Her heart is for moms and it shows when you are talking with her. I felt so comfortable and cared for with her, even though she wasn’t able to make it to my birth another one of her Doula’s was there and she was equally as caring and knew what she was doing. Becky’s Birth/Comfort measures class gave my husband a lot of confidence in what to expect during labor and showed me to how he could support me. We used everything we learned to make educated decisions when our baby was born. I’m also looking forward to being able to go to the play groups. I’m so glad that I chose Birth to Latch and if we have another baby we definitely will use her services again!
- Lauren Calagna
I’m very grateful for the support I received from Jade during my birth! Throughout my labor, Jade was very attentive to my needs and made sure that I was okay. Her support and encouragement helped me feel calmer during a very intense and prolonged labor. She was extremely helpful to give my husband a break and let him rest during my long labor. Even after the birth she was very supportive! Jade checked in after the delivery and during postpartum to check in on how I was doing. I highly recommend Jade to anyone looking for a compassionate and supportive presence during and after birth!

Becky promised educational book, never received it. My doula, Linda, said she will be my support during delivery and if she was not available someone else will step in...out of the 43 hours that my water was broken only 2hrs was linda present and no other support person was sent our way...it was the biggest let down of our lives as kaiser workers were on strike and we needed that extra support...On my contract, I was promised 10 visits, only recieved 3. Prior to my emergency C section, my husband called her for support, however, it seemed like she did not care and did not want to come to the hospital. After some convincing, it took her almost 2 hours to come and arrived about minutes before I was taken for a c section. She did not provide any support and still billed for labor and delivery plus a visit. It's been a little over a month since I gave birth and Linda has only texted once. I responded and have yet to hear a response from her. No one from the birth to latch team has contacted me. All I wanted was an organization who, at a minimum cared. Definitely do not recommend going here. UPDATE*** After writing my review, Becky reached out to me immediately. She sought to understand my experience and was open to any feedback (which I greatly appreciate). At first I was hesitant to begin services with her since my first experience with Linda was not great, but Becky was very helpful. She was kind, genuinely cares about her clients and very knowledgeable. I can not recommend any other doulas but I recommend working with Becky.

We’re so thankful for all the support our doula, Sol, gave our family during those first few months with our newborn. Every time she walked through the door, we immediately felt calmer and more at ease. As first-time parents, having someone there who was calm, encouraging, and reassuring made such a huge difference. She was amazing with our son, but what helped us most was the way she also supported us as new parents. She was always open to questions, never judgmental, and had a way of explaining things that made caring for a newborn feel much less overwhelming. She helped us understand our baby’s cues, shared great resources and suggestions, and gave us confidence along the way. She was also just incredibly easy to talk to and be around. Knowing our baby was safe and cared for gave us the chance to breathe for a couple of hours. Sol became such an important support for our whole family, and we’ll always be grateful for the care she gave both our baby and us. Highly recommend Birth to Latch to any new or growing families.
- Hugo and Kathleen
We absolutely love this toddler play group! There is always something new and creative for the kids to explore each week, which keeps it so exciting and engaging for little ones. The activities are thoughtfully planned, fun, and great for learning through play. My toddler always leaves happy, curious, and tired in the best way. The atmosphere is warm, welcoming, and perfect for both children and parents. We’re so grateful to have found such a wonderful community! Highly recommend to any parents looking for a fun and enriching place for their toddlers.

I started receiving services with Birth to Latch in March of 2026 as I was highly interested in labor and postpartum support as a first time mom. Our Doula Becky has been nothing short of amazing and had an amazing experience giving birth to my baby in April of 2026. Her knowledge, experience, and coaching is unmatched and I highly recommend services with Becky and Birth to Latch! We honestly would be so lost without her and are so grateful of the doula support from Birth to Latch.
- Lisa Hernandez
My husband and I took Becky’s Comfort Measure class to prepare for the arrival of our first baby. We learned so many great techniques and left feeling so much more confident about the labor process. Becky was an amazing teacher and made us feel supported and relaxed. We can’t recommend her services enough!
- Alexis Hernandez
Choosing Becky was one of the best decisions I made during my pregnancy. From our first meeting, she was professional, approachable, and knowledgeable. She is also responsive, punctual, and consistently honored every visit. As a first-time mom, she gave me clear answers and real peace of mind every step of the way. She supported my goal of having a natural birth in a hospital setting and made me feel confident it was possible. I’m grateful for her support from start to finish—highly recommend her.
- Jennifer Andrade
We’re so glad we found Becky. As first-time parents, having her support made a huge difference. She’s knowledgeable, professional, and really takes the time to tailor her guidance to your specific needs. She provided helpful insight every step of the way, and we felt supported throughout the entire process. Highly recommend.
- Peter Montalvan
Best decision I made was hiring a doula—and I’m so glad I found Becky, especially since she takes Kaiser! From our very first interview, she came across as incredibly organized and professional, and I knew right away she was the right fit. That turned out to be an understatement. Throughout my pregnancy, her support and education were invaluable. During birth, her knowledge, calm encouragement, and hands-on care made all the difference. And her postpartum support—both mentally and physically—was just as strong. Becky knows every step of the process and is genuinely willing to work with you to fit your unique needs. If you live in the area and need a doula, look no further. Thank you so much, Becky our little family truly appreciate you.

I’ve been wanting to write this review for a while now because when I tell friends and family that I would relive my birth day all over again if I could, they’re usually surprised, but that’s honestly how positive and meaningful my experience was. When people talk about giving birth, I feel like we mostly hear the negative, painful, or scary stories, and not enough about the beautiful ones. This was my first baby, and from the beginning, I really hoped to have a birth experience that I could look back on in the most positive way. While I was searching for classes and ways to prepare, I came across Becky’s website and learned about her doula services. I had never even heard of a doula before, but I reached out to understand more, and that’s how my journey with Becky began. I can truly say she made such a big difference in my experience. First and foremost, I’m grateful to God for an amazing birth and a healthy baby, but I also believe that having Becky by my side played a huge role in making it such a beautiful experience for both me and my husband. Becky is professional, kind, and incredibly knowledgeable. She never made me feel like there was a “right” or “wrong” decision, she simply gave me the information I needed and supported me in making the choices that felt best for me. I’m truly grateful for everything she did for me. If you’re considering working with a doula, I wholeheartedly recommend Becky.
- Brenda
I’ve had two wonderful experiences with Birth to Latch and can’t recommend them enough. My husband and I took the comfort measures classes with Becky which came in handy in preparation for and during labor. Becky was a gracious, knowledgeable instructor and created a very supportive, welcoming environment. We also had the privilege of working with Linda as our doula, who supported us from prenatal through postnatal care and was by my side during labor. Her presence made such a meaningful difference as first time parents in our experience and allowed us to feel empowered and supported in our decisions, even when they differed from my original “birth plan.” The billing process was surprisingly easy and handled directly by Linda with our insurance. Thank you Linda and Becky for your support!
- Alyssa Lopez
Beckys birth class was not only super informative but also fun and insightful. Her class really provided my husband and I with the confidence and knowledge we need for our first time birth.
- AMANDA QUICK
Becky was awesome the vibes was great and as a soon to be dad I learned a lot of info. Will def recommend new moms to join her class. Safe and fun environment

I had such an amazing prenatal/postpartum experience with my 2nd baby because of Becky! If you’re looking for someone attentive, supportive, and someone to guide you she’s the perfect match! Although, this was our second pregnancy after 4 years there was still a lot we didn’t know as a 23 y/o Hispanic I was so blessed to have crossed paths with her doula services as it was my first time ever getting one and did not have 24/7 support at home other than my husband. Not only was she helpful for me as a mom but also my husband. She really took the weight off his shoulders of having to take care of 2 kids and myself due to a c section I couldn’t be more thankful for everything she did and the laughter she brought to our home! As far as the hospital experience she was an amazing advocate and as a shy person she really helped me speak of for myself and know right from wrong. She’s passionate about her work and commitment to mom and baby ❤️
- andrea Sereno
Becky was truly a blessing during our second pregnancy. She was kind, attentive, and incredibly knowledgeable. Because we were busy with our toddler, we met via Zoom for our most of our prenatal sessions, which worked out perfectly. We also met at her office for a hands on class where she thoroughly reviewed our birth plan and comfort strategies for labor. She took the time to listen to our concerns, answered our questions with patience, and made us feel supported and empowered throughout the entire process. Even when things did not go as planned, Becky was a source of support and reassurance. She was also very responsive to any texts we sent her, which we greatly appreciated. We also appreciated her postpartum care, she came to our home and supported use in giving our son his first bath, which we were anxious about. She also watched our newborn while my wife took some time for self-care. Her calming presence and genuine care made such a difference. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a doula, and we are very grateful that we were able to take advantage of our Kaiser benefit to work with her.

After learning about postpartum doulas during my birth prep, I knew that was a support my husband and I would want after the birth of our first child. My mother isn't really in my life, my mother-in-law wasn't going to be available, and we felt like we had no idea what we were doing. Enter Becky! From the very beginning, Becky was a steady and knowledgeable voice, guiding us through this massive shift in our lives. She was there from the beginning, teaching us everything from breastfeeding tips and first baths to developmental milestones. All the nervous questions I had, that would have led us straight to urgent care countless times, she had a logical and fact-based answer for. When she was over, I could take a break to shower or do something for myself, knowing my baby was in excellent hands. Even her and our reactive dog became besties. By the end of our three months together she was more like a big sister to me than someone we hired to help us. Our little family loves her and we highly recommend her to anyone looking for a postpartum doula.
- Amber P.
I cannot say enough GREAT things about Becky. I contacted her and several other doulas to see who would be the best fit for me, and by far Becky exceeded my expectations above the rest!! She met with me for a consult and took the time to listen and help me get a better understanding of how she would be of support and also wanted to really understand what I wanted out of this labor and postpartum time. She was there for me once it was time to deliver and although I had to end up with my very first C section (baby was breech) she made me feel safe and supported every step of the process. Becky has such a warm and light spirit & she comes with boat loads of information! She’s funny and personable and has made this delivery and postpartum period so much better than my previous ones. I can truly go on and on about her, having her by my side was THE BEST! Having someone who not only knows how to support you in this very tender time, but also knows how to navigate the whole pregnancy and labor process made this experience a breeze! You won’t regret choosing Becky to be by your side!

My review of Becky and Birth to Latch is long overdue! When we were pregnant with our first in 2023, we knew immediately we wanted a doula. I searched for hours online to find doulas who shared who they are from their online presence - an important start for me. Birth to Latch was one of the websites I was drawn to right away. We ended up interviewing three different doulas and ultimately chose Becky. Becky stood out as someone who knew her stuff (knowledgeable and emphasized evidence-based research), was fun and kind (made us laugh and feel comfy in her presence), and just vibed with us (it’s a feeling!)! We signed up for her package that included in-person childbirth education classes. We had so much fun and learned so much from her classes and working with her before our birth. When the day came with an early induction, Becky was there to support us through this unexpected experience. She offered me such wonderful mental, emotional, and physical support. She made suggestions to the nurses and doctors on different positions for me to labor in. She took photos during those precious moments. She was an important and seamless addition to my birth team that I could not imagine going without. So, when we were expecting our second the following year, we immediately asked Becky to save the date. We skipped the childbirth education classes this time, but Becky made sure to share all the information we needed - refreshers and things we wanted to do differently - during our prenatal visits. She was always quick to respond to texts and share resources and referrals to other support, such as lactation consultants. Our second came spontaneously, and again, Becky was there to support through every step. Having her there with us for a second time was especially comforting. Becky is a very caring, curious, powerful, intelligent woman, and I would not hesitate to hire her again as our doula.

Becky provided our family with postpartum doula services following the birth of our third child. Becky was kind, attentive, knowledgable, and met the ever changing needs of our family as we adjusted to having a new baby. I am forever grateful for Becky's expertise as well as her supportive and thoughtful approach to working with us.
- Fiona M.
I am so glad my husband and I took the 2 day intensive course. We learned so much about the stages of pregnancy, the signs of early labor and how we can be better prepared. We also discussed breastfeeding basics and were provided with so many helpful tips. Becky was extremely knowledgeable and down to earth. I would highly recommend this class!
- Melissa Macias
As a first-time mom, I cannot express how grateful I am to have had Becky by our side. From the very beginning, she made the entire birth journey feel less overwhelming and much more empowering. She was not only incredibly supportive and kind, but also made me feel truly heard and safe every step of the way. Her knowledge and guidance were invaluable — she educated both me and my partner on what to expect during birth and postpartum, which gave us so much confidence. Thanks to her, we felt prepared and informed, not just emotionally but practically as well. If you’re a first-time parent, especially a new mom, I can’t recommend her enough. She made a huge difference in our experience, and hiring her was one of the best decisions we made!
- Lisbeth Lopez
We’re so fortunate we had Becky as our doula for labor and postpartum. She’s very knowledgeable, able to reference studies, and provide different considerations to enable us to make the best decisions for my wife and baby. Becky provided guidance from the basics (we’re first time parents without family support) to optimizing nursing, sleeping, and learning. We feel well-equipped to continue raising our baby, and we owe it to Becky’s support!
- Andrew Munoz
As a first time mom, I was incredibly anxious about the labor part of pregnancy. I knew I wanted some extra support, especially since my own mom wouldn't be there during delivery. Once I found Becky I knew she was the one! She's incredibly passionate, knowledgeable, and so inviting. She provides you with researched information and really allows you to make your own choices with how you want your labor to go. I now have a strong and healthy 6 week old, and I'm excited to venture into Becky's infant classes. Becky really goes above and beyond for her clients and I just know that Becky will forever stay in our lives and hearts. Thank you so much!
- Monique T.
As a support partner, I cannot speak highly enough of Becky. She provided all the support, resources and know-how before, during and after our birth. She helped inform us of all the steps of birth and what to expect. All our questions were answered on a timely basis and all our interactions were great. It felt like we were friends from day one. She's great. Cannot recommend her enough. We could not have gone through our first birth as smoothly and as informed without her support. Thank you Becky!!
- Adrián Trinidad
I had a very positive experience working with Becky. She was my doula for my second child. I had anxiety about giving birth again after a difficult experience with my first birth. It was great meeting with her and being provided so much information and resources. It was very refreshing to work with someone who is passionate about what they do. Becky goes out of her way for her clients. She truly cares about helping women in their journey of motherhood. I had a positive pregnancy and birth due to her. I highly recommend her!
- Yadira Ulloa
I had Becky as my doula during my second birth, and I absolutely loved her! She has a very calming presence and felt like a mom to me, so my husband and I were comfortable with her right away. I had a lot of anxiety and panic surrounding my delivery, but with her support and advocacy, I was able to deliver completely relaxed and unmedicated at the hospital. She helped transform my second birthing experience into the most empowering and magical moment that my husband and I will cherish forever. For anyone giving birth, whether medicated or unmedicated, I can't recommend Becky enough. She is well-regarded in the community for her excellent work and leadership, thus she came highly recommended to me!
- Elizabeth McCammon
I knew I wanted to have a doula when I got pregnant and after interviewing a few doulas, I knew Becky was the one. I really appreciated how knowledgeable she was about evidence based practices, as that was one of the most important things for me. I wanted to have an unmedicated birth and she gave me all of the tools to be successful, despite a very long labor and an almost 9 lb. baby! She gave me and my husband the confidence and knowledge we needed to have an empowering labor and delivery, and she was SO essential in helping my somewhat anxious husband through everything (this was one of the other major reasons we hired her). We couldn’t have done it without her!! Her and my husband took turns feeding me ice chips, massaging me, providing other comfort measures, and taking care of me. They were able to take turns napping and resting, so that I always had someone coaching me through the discomforts of contractions. She was very informative without being pushy. There were two times where I was open to getting the epidural if I felt like I needed it (after consenting to pitocin, and if my blood pressure stayed high) and in both instances, she answered my questions and respected my decisions. Her postpartum visit was also so encouraging. As first time parents, it’s really easy to doubt yourself, and it was so reassuring to have someone tell you that you’re doing a great job. We loved working with Becky so much that after I gave birth I told her I’d see her in 2-3 years for the birth of our second. I’m 4 months postpartum now and definitely still feel the same way!
- Joyce Lin
Hiring Becky as my birth and postpartum doula was one of the best investments I made for my pregnancy! She made me feel supported and educated throughout my birth process and beyond. As a first time parent, I had a lot of apprehension around giving birth and how to take care of a newborn but all of that quickly went away over the course of my prenatal appointments with Becky. She gave me tons of resources and was super helpful in answering all of my questions. My birth experience went smoothly, however I think where Becky truly shines is as a postpartum doula. The care and pampering I received after giving birth made my recovery process so much easier than I expected. Can’t recommend her enough!! Our family will forever be grateful to Becky.
- Christina Lee
Hiring a doula was something I knew for certain I would do as soon as I found out I was pregnant. The moment I met Becky, I knew she was the one. It’s important to find someone you can relate to and be comfortable with, Becky was that and more! She is very knowledgeable and provided guidance all the way. Til this day I will shoot her a text if I need some quick advice. She’s wonderful!
- Yvette Lozano
Before I had contracted Becky I had a vision/plan of how I wanted the birth of my son. Once I met with Becky and told her how I want my birth to go she was 100% supportive and helped made my plan possible. I also participated in the birthing classes. I found these very educational even tho this was my second pregnancy. I would also recommend these classes to couples expecting, especially first time parents. During labor Becky provided amazing support in a moment where I felt like I could not go unmedicated. Becky was an amazing advocate for me when medical staff were not respecting what I was telling them. I'm glad to say I got exactly what I had invisioned for the birth of my son. I highly recommend Becky and would contract her for future pregnancies.
- Andrea Vazquez
I appreciated Becky’s Parent and Me classes. As a first time mom, at 3 months postpartum I was barely starting to feel comfortable taking baby out. Becky made that transition easier by creating a safe and comfortable space to not only share our experiences with other parents but also learn more on how to interact with our babies! I was also glad to see other caregivers such as dads, aunts and support people to the momma allowed to join in the activities. It really does take a village and Becky has created that environment for new parents and experienced parents alike. The fact that she has a weekend class is also great for the working mommas since so many Parent and Me classes are during the week! I greatly appreciated that! Without a doubt I would take this classes again if I were to have another kiddo!
- Krystal Gamez
Attended a comfort measure class today and it was so amazing! Becky is the best and she made the class feel so comfortable. Would recommend to anyone who is looking for a great teacher/doula to help prepare you for labor!
- hiidee guzman
My son & I absolutely love going to our Parent and me classes every Sunday! I love going and learning a new activity that I can do throughout the week with my son & of course I love being able to be in a safe space where I can talk and share my parenting experience with other parents . Becky is amazing at creating a fun, safe environment where my son & I can go and enjoy our class❤️ plus Becky is so knowledgeable on all things baby so of course I leave learning something new after every class 💞
- Priscilla Zuzuarregui
I'm so glad I went with Becky and Linda for my doula! It was my first pregnancy and even though we had a great hospital (UCI in orange), my husband and I really benefited from having a female support & role model to turn to before and after delivery. Becky and Linda really listened to all our concerns and provided thoughtful handouts and strategies to overcome concerns. They also helped calm my husband's nerves about delivery and it was so reassuring they gave him a clearer role in the delivery room. I'm also forever grateful for their support and guidance during induction & labor - Linda was amazing and I don't think I would have managed a vaginal delivery (8lb 5oz!) after an unplanned induction (bleeding at 38+5 weeks) without her support. We're 2.5 weeks pp now, and I'm excited to try some of their classes and connect with other moms in this wild journey of raising a kid. ❤️
- Mary Haynes
I don't know what I would have done without Becky! She provided incredible support through pregnancy, delivery, and postpartum. During my pregnancy, Becky visited with various resources, was extremely organized, and asked meaningful questions to help prepare me for delivery and beyond, all with her warm/positive energy. Then, my little one decided to come a few weeks early; my water broke, and the first person I called was Becky. She immediately picked up, and calmly coached me through the next steps. I didn't get a chance to practice birthing positions/breathing exercises, but felt reassured with Becky guiding me every second. She not only guided me, but assisted my husband and the nurse. Postpartum, she introduced me to local communities/resources and answered my endless breastfeeding/child development questions. Thank you, Becky, for everything!!!
- Anna Qiu
Becky's classes were an absolute delight. Not only was the atmosphere warm and inviting, it gave a more personable approach to teaching. It helped be more engaged and it was so interactive among the parents. I highly recommend you check out all of her services. Not only is she a phenomenal teacher, she is also an amazing DOULA 🥰. The plus side is that it's located in Uptown. She is a wealth of information. I felt so alone in my early pregnancy, she was recommended by a mama on FB and took me under her wing. She gave me courage and made me feel at ease. If you're a mama to-be or thinking of it, reach out to her. She's amazing. Truely a kind and loving person who truely just wants the be experience for us all who are in the birthing process and beyond.
- Susana Epinoza
This place is like a one stop shop for all the support you need as a new mommy! Becky and Linda were my doulas for a 4 day delivery and they did not leave my side (they traded off) until my baby arrived. I felt incredibly supported. Once baby arrived they helped me with breast feeding, belly binding and had resources for healing postpartum. Once baby was big enough we started her on parent and me classes here. My baby is so healthy and is reaching all her milestones. I don’t know what I would have done without this incredibly knowledgeable and selfless pair of ladies. They’re amazing - and all that knowledge under one roof makes it easy.

My husband and I had a great experience in hiring Becky as our doula. As first time parents we wanted support throughout my pregnancy. She was always available to answer questions via text or a phone call. She checked in regularly to see how I was doing and how my appointments went. Further, her advice and the resources she shared with us were invaluable. Becky is kind and has a great sense of humor, but most importantly, she is affirmative. Her personality and doula experience helped me get through the most difficult parts of my labor. Becky goes above and beyond with her doula service. Although hiring any doula can be a big expense, looking back, it was a great investment. I had heard stories about mommas traumatized by their labor experience, and it was something I absolutely wanted to avoid. Becky educated us on what to expect during labor, what are options were, and how to advocate for ourselves. We felt truly prepared as first time parents because of the investment we made in hiring Becky. I highly recommend booking her for doula service!!

I am so glad I found Becky to support my family for the arrival of our first baby. I am 2 weeks postpartum and am very grateful for the guidance provided by Becky during my pregnancy and labor & delivery. She is nurturing, informative, direct, and neutral (does not impose anything on you, instead she asks the right questions to understand your POV). We covered so many topics during our meetings and she made sure to focus them to things that were important to our family, its not a one size fits all approach, she really takes the time to understand what your needs are. Some of the topics we covered were the birthing experience, how to develop a birth plan, pain relief techniques, helped install our carseat, what to expect postpartum and how to plan for it, and breastfeeding insights. Becky also shared great resources and was an amazing ear to me when I was struggling the first few days after being home. She genuinely cares about providing families what they need to have the birth experience they envision regardless of what that looks like. During my L&D she was so calm and reassuring and helped my partner and I focus on getting through each contraction. When we were at the hospital she kept me focused through the pain and helped me find my voice with hospital staff. I really believe having Becky by our side helped us have the birth experience we wanted, and the things that went off plan (as they do) were embraced because we were well prepared and open to the fact that things don't always go as planned. I would absolutely recommend Becky to support your family through your birth experience.
- Marsya Navarro
Becky was so essential in me having a successful unmedidicated birth despite needing an induction. During the process of pregnancy Becky was great about checking in and providing my partner and I support through the process and how to help me through pains of pregnancy and labor. Towards the end of pregnancy when my blood pressures and anxiety started to spike she reminded me that I was empowered to have the labor and delivery I wanted. I cannot recommend Becky enough as a she also comes with an abundance of knowledge regarding car seat installation, lactation support, and resources that you will need through pregnancy and beyond. Becky came into my laboring room and made it so peaceful and helped me find positions that worked for me. While most inductions last 24-36 hrs for first time moms I truly believe that the recommendations Becky made and I did before pregnancy and during labor helped me deliver in 15hrs from the time I was admitted. Overall, having Becky as a support was the best experience ever!
- Krystal
I was a very nervous first time mom. Even though I knew the basics of what was going to happen, I still really wanted a doula and I'm so glad I found Becky! She was such a wonderful resource throughout my whole pregnancy. I was very prepared for labor and understood at length the medical terms my doctor and nurses were using when it was my time. With Becky's guidance, I was able to stay calm and make educated choices that were best for myself and my baby. Had I not had Becky as my doula, my birth experience would not have gone the same way and I most likely would have had an unnecessary emergency c section. Instead I was able to really advocate for myself and make informed decisions and ask questions to the medical team. Since it was during Covid I was only allowed two people in the room with me so I brought my husband and my mom but Becky was on speed dial! And I used all of her tips and tricks to help get me through. After being induced, I labored and while it took a while as it sometimes does for first time moms, I knew as much as I could in terms of what to expect because of Becky and therefore what I could do to help myself get through it to meet my baby. She reviewed plans A-Z during our one on one education sessions. After I gave birth, she was also very kind to check on me and do a follow up visit. She provided me with countless resources, including people with businesses in the community nearby such as massage therapists, lactation consultants, pelvic floor therapists, pediatrician recommendations, etc. this helped me tremendously as a new mom. If I ever have another baby, I'll definitely be calling Becky to be there for me as my doula!

Becky was an amazing source of support during and after my pregnancy. She guided us through what to expect and how to best prepare for my personal goals for my labor. I texted her daily and she always responded with compassion and support. She visited several times and always included our whole family, including my 4 year old. She is not only a wealth of knowledge, but also so thoughtful. Pregnancy, labor, and postpartum are such intimate experiences and Becky's approach is so comforting she feels like family.
