Hello! My name is Annie. I am a DONA certified birth doula with a foundation in Spinning Babies techniques, proudly serving families in the Upland area, with a deep passion for supporting women through one of the most transformative experiences of their lives. As a mother of four, I bring both personal and professional experience to my work, offering compassionate, nonjudgmental support throughout pregnancy, birth, and the postpartum period. My background as a personal trainer with a specialty in perinatal exercise, combined with my work as a health coach, allows me to support my clients holistically—physically, mentally, and emotionally. I believe that preparation and education are powerful tools, and I strive to help every woman feel informed, confident, and connected to her body throughout her journey. I am deeply committed to advocating for the women I serve. My goal is to help you feel seen, heard, and empowered as you make decisions that align with your values and vision for your birth. Whether you desire a calm, supported labor, guidance through the unknown, or reassurance in your strength, I am honored to walk alongside you. Every birth is unique, and it is my mission to help you approach yours feeling confident, focused, educated, and empowered.

Very sweet woman, attentive, and genuinely cares about you. I’ll be choosing her for all my future pregnancies. If you’re high risk like myself, she’s knowledgeable about preeclampsia and if she doesn’t know something best believe she will do her research to get an understanding and to better help you. She’s spiritual so if you’re a spiritual person, she’s your match!

I am so thankful Annie was my doula for my first birth! She was always quick to respond to my texts and doubts during my pregnancy. I read so many books and took classes but was not prepared for how my labor went down. My labor was painful because my son ended up being slightly transverse and was initially pushing with his head on my pubic bone. I was able to bear the labor pain thanks to Annie's counter pressure and her calm, kind reassurances. Once I was accepted to labor at the birthing center she continued being my biggest cheerleader and assisting with pain reduction as labor continued to intensify. There was never a feeling of needing to rush. Sadly my son did not descend after 7 hours laboring at 7cm dilated so I went to the hospital at the midwife's recommendation. Annie met us there and stayed calm, kind and offered helpful positive perspective to me when I was crying and struggling with accepting a medicalized birth when I had envisioned a water birth. It ended up being a c section. She was with us for what may have been 24 hours through an incredibly difficult labor and delivery and never faltered when it came to emotionally and physically supporting me. I am so grateful she was there and would highly recommend her services to any expecting mom.
