About me

My name is Caroline and I am a birth and postpartum doula located in Modesto, Ca. I have 4 children of my own and have experienced 4 completely different births. I Have always been drawn to everything pregnancy and birth and babies since I was in my early teens when I helped a friend labor during her birth. Since then I've been hooked. I would be honored to help guide you through this new journey, helping to educate you on the different choices you have during your pregnancy, labor and birth so that when it's time, you feel confident in the choices you make and can advocate for them. I can help you focus on what is important to you during your birth and postpartum and help you navigate any new emotions or situations because my goal is to make sure every parent feels heard, understood and not alone. I can also give you different resources in the community that can assist you if its something that is out of my expertise. Service introduction

I provide everything from pregnancy and birth education to labor and comfort measure techniques. I help you figure out and write your birth plan but also go over what could happen if it does not all go to plan so that you are aware of what choices you may have to make and have all the information you need to make the best informed decision. Most of all I help you find your inner voice and strength so that you can advocate for what is important to you so that your birthing experience is what you want out of this beautiful new journey.

Postpartum Nights

I can work in 4 hour time slots or 8 hour time slots for night time. Available from 6pm to 630am

Birth packages varie on need

Packages can vary depending in need of family from $650-$2200. Can provide a sliding scale for people in financial hardships or young parents needing assistance. I provide 1 pro-bono birth every 2 months as well so if your in a situation where you don't have any funds available but are in need of my help please reach out to me.
