What to expect

As a birth and postpartum doula, I offer personalized support throughout pregnancy, labor, and the early weeks at home. My birth services include continuous emotional and physical support during labor, guidance through comfort measures, and helping you understand your options so you feel confident and empowered. After your baby arrives, I provide gentle postpartum care—offering help with newborn soothing, feeding support, light household tasks, and emotional reassurance as you adjust to life with your growing family. My goal is to create a calm, supportive environment where you feel heard, cared for, and fully supported every step of the way.
