Hi, I’m Hailey (she/her), a trauma-informed, holistic prenatal and birth doula proudly serving families throughout the South Sound region of Washington.
My approach is rooted in deep listening, evidence-based support, and honoring the sacred, transformative nature of birth. I believe every birthing person deserves to feel safe, seen, and supported, especially in moments as vulnerable and powerful as pregnancy and labor. Whether you’re planning a home birth, birth center delivery, or hospital birth, I’m here to walk alongside you with compassion, calm presence, and nonjudgmental guidance.
As a holistic doula, I encourage practices that nourish the body, mind, and spirit; gentle movement, nutrient-rich foods, emotional processing, time in nature, and intuitive connection to your baby. I also hold space for those navigating birth after trauma, offering support that centers your autonomy and sense of agency at every step.
