As a mother of two and your dedicated doula based in Lacey, WA, I bring a calming, sister-like presence to your birth space—blending deep emotional comfort with the seasoned expertise you can rely on. I’m there to protect your peace and provide steady, intuitive support while you find your own rhythm. Beyond advocacy, I capture the raw beauty of your journey through professional birth photography, preserving the moments you’ll cherish forever. As a former ballerina and current Gyrotonic® Instructor, I love to incorporate practice in movements and positions that can help you during pregnancy and labor.

Service introduction

Birth doula - 2 prenatal visits, a group weekly exercise class, support throughout your labor, birth photography and one postpartum visit. Birth photography only - If you already have or don't want a doula, but you would love to document the birth. Newborn photography - pre-book and then schedule once baby is born! Studio set up with posed infant photos best taken between 1 and 3 weeks old.
