Hi! I am Bryana, an experienced certified birth and postpartum doula and birth photographer that has a love for all things birth! As a mother myself I know how important it is to have support through pregnancy and postpartum. I opened my business with the hope of providing full spectrum support to families by giving them a steady, reliable presence, and by giving them a strong foundation to take on parenthood. Through advocacy, guidance, and continuous support, I ensure that my clients feel empowered and informed every step of the way. As a mother with a deep passion for caring for others, I understand firsthand the importance of nurturing and uplifting families during their journey into parenthood and that is exactly what I aim to do!

This woman is incredible. I am so grateful to have had her by mine and my husbands side. My second pregnancy, labor and delivery I wanted redemtion from my first labor and delivery. And she helped deliver that. She was there to guide me in anything I needed. Any questions, she was there to answer. She had my back with every move that was made in the hospital. She helped my husband feel confident in the room. She helped me feel more confident while going through the surges. She took amazing care of me while I was in labor. She took pictures of my husband and I meeting our baby for the first time. She was there for anything I needed and that was exactly the kind of support I needed to feel. It's been 7 months since I had my baby and I feel like she's missing from my life 😂 you won't regret having her apart of your birth team. Thank you Bryanna for everything you did!

Working with Strong foundations has been such a blessing. She has so much knowledge around births and postpartum & when you don’t know much having her and her team in your corner every step makes for a beautiful & at ease birthing experience. She always has answers to my questions. She also took beautiful photos of our family after i came back from my c section & they’re perfect in every way. What is the benefit of choosing a doula partnership?

We share our on call time to provide the best support possible to families. This ensures you know who will be showing up for you even if one of us is sick, has a family emergency or is recovering from another birth. Because we offer continuous support you are getting a rested doula that is ready to stay with you for the long haul! You also get access to two experienced doulas that can work together to troubleshoot as you progress through labor!

Do you accept insurance?

We are working on accepting medicaid clients! Please inquire for more details. Note that medicaid covers BIRTH doulas, it does not cover overnight postpartum doula support Carrot: We have carrot approved doulas! Maven/Premera Microsoft benefit/Other fertility benefits: We will submit any necessary documents you may need to be reimbursed. Please note that while we will do everything in our power to get you reimbursed we cannot guarantee reimbursement from these companies
