Hello! I am a mom of two, full spectrum doula and student midwife in Tacoma, WA. I’ve spent the majority of life supporting people in various and capacities, but found my calling in supporting families through the perinatal period. “It takes a village” is something I grew up on, but also stand and as a mom myself I know that finding that village can be difficult. My goal as your doula is to help bridge that gap and support you during what some consider a very vulnerable and changing journey. I aim to meet families where they are at and in ways that feel most comfortable for each client. I would love to connect and see if I would be a good fit for you!

a trained birth doula, I offer a broad range of support and advocacy for pregnant people during the perinatal period. I aim to become a part of the village supporting the dyad/triad of baby and parent(s). I provide educational, physical, and emotional support that includes, but is not limited to comfort measures, labor progression, positioning, and affirming each client's wants/needs. Being that every birth is unique I do not have a specific set way of providing support, but rather meet every client where they are at to support them in a way that is best for them. My Birth Doula Package includes: *Initial consultation *1-2 Prenatal Visits *Continuous Labor and Delivery Support *2 Hours Immediate Postpartum Support *2-3 Postpartum Visits (if wanted) *Optional Photo documentation, delivered via private online album. **I can accept FSA/HSA payments or provide invoice/recipient for reimbursement.
