Hello! I'm Sarah. I'm a Catholic woman. I am a mother to 8 children. I'm a passionate birth professional. I believe that the power of birth belongs to the mother. I am passionate about helping you discover the strength and dignity given to you as a human and a woman. Birth is beautiful, powerful, and joyfilled. I am here to advocate for you, to help you work through and prevent trauma, to stand beside you as you experience one of the most incredible experiences of your life.

HypnoBirthing® is a tried and proven technique, as well as a philosophy that guides and prepares a woman in giving birth in a peaceful and extraordinarily beautiful manner. It is a program that considers the psychological, as well as the physical, well-being of the mother, her birth partner, and the newborn, independent of context, whether that be in the quiet of a home, a hospital, or a birth center.
