About me

Hi all. I'm Courtney, a certified Full Spectrum Doula in the Southern NH, Northern MA area. I started Leitay Birth and Life services with the goal to provide knowledge, care, and a nonjudgemental set of ears to every person and/or couple I support. I like to empower families by allowing them the space to ask any questions, talk through any uncertainties, and express all of their joys, hopes and fears. I know firsthand how wonderful the right care team can be, and also know how easy it is for individuals to feel overwhelmed or uncertain while navigating within the healthcare world. Birth and postpartum are some of the most delicate times we experience as human beings. While beautiful, awe inspiring and life changing, they are also times of great vulnerability. Human connection is one of the greatest gifts and I hope my connection with the families I support will provide some level of peace, confidence and strength as we walk through our journey together!

Service introduction

I am a certified full spectrum doula. I am able to provide services as a birth doula, postpartum doula, loss doula (including misscarriage, stillbirth and TFMR), and sibling doula. One of my passions is working with families who are pregnant after loss.
