About me

Hi, I’m Lin. I’m a mom of 3 from Brooklyn, NY. My journey into doula work began with the birth - and loss - of my second baby, Keelan Paxton, at 38 weeks. Losing Keelan profoundly changed the course of my life and inspired me to walk alongside other families navigating their loss journeys. As a bereavement doula, I help families process their loss by bearing witness to their intense love and grief. As a birth doula, I work with families who are pregnant again after loss, to support them in the uniquely complex experience of carrying life again while grieving the babies who came before.

Service introduction

I offer bereavement support, whether in hospital or at home, for families experiencing a pregnancy or infant loss. All bereavement support is completely pro bono. I offer both birth and postpartum doula support for families expecting another baby after a prior loss. Pregnancy after loss support is available on a sliding scale fee.
