Hello! I am a birth doula servicing the DFW area. I also provide virtual services for parents worldwide. I know the importance of feeling seen and heard and having the confidence to navigate pregnancy peacefully. Further, I believe that every family deserves to have all the information they need to make informed decisions not only during pregnancy but in labor & delivery, and beyond.

I’m a trained Postpartum Doula through Wrap Around Baby. I Started out as a nanny providing care for six years from newborns to even teenagers with special needs. I attended California State University, Fullerton where I earned my B.A. Criminal Justice and my A.A. Psychology and my A.A. Liberal Arts. I’ve always had a passion for helping mothers and babies, where I can be an advocate for families and individuals. I provide a non-judgmental environment, allowing parents to make their own decisions based on the education I deliver. On my free time I love to spend time with my supportive husband and my daughter who is one years old.

I am a mother of an amazing 4 years old boy and a doula to many beautiful women. I have been certified and actively supporting women in their journey into and through motherhood. It is essential to have support even when we have an abundance of family and friends. Hi there! I am Amie Ivy - Birth & Postpartum Doula. My journey into birth work started with the birth of my first son in 2012. I was fortunate to have been surrounded by amazing, supportive women from my own family to the Midwife, Doula, and Chiropractor that I chose. Even though I had to make some shifts in my birth plan, I felt confident in my birth experience because of the love and care they showed me. I have always had a desire to serve and support women. It is an honor to have the opportunity to empower and support them through their pregnancy, birth and postpartum journey.
