I am a mother of two, and after having my two I never knew the many different ways my birth could've been easier or more comfortable. Now as a Birth Doula, I am excited to give mothers and their partners that comfort, before and through child birth and after. It is a true blessing to help women and their families.

Prenatal, labor and delivery, lactation.

Packages
Prenatle, birth, and after birth
Includes 2-3 prenatal visits, to help make sure mom and partner and knowledgeable, and comfortable with upcoming birth of baby. Also includes me being present during labor and delivery, advocating, and making sure you get your birth you imagined. Lastly includes 3 postpartum visits. This includes helping with things around the house, and helping with lactation. Or if you need and extra hand with baby.

Just Birth
Some moms and partners, just want and extra helping hand, for example: your partner can get tired, or you do not want forceps, vacuum, or a cesarean. I can help provide comfort, making sure to advocate, and make sure you are heard. This includes a virtual or in-person visit. To talk about your main concerns and what you want to help you feel safe and comfortable.
