I am on a mission to combat black birth mortality rates, provide trauma-informed support and ensure that mommas are healthy before during, and after pregnancy. I am a travel doula, which means I am going to where support is needed, even if it is international. It is my mission to support you in giving you the birth of your choice.

I have been a doula and childbirth educator since 2004, and have attended over 600 births to date. I love to help my clients feel informed and encouraged on their journey to parenthood. I attend births in the hospital, birth centers, and at home. Many of my clients want assistance and support for an unmedicated, low-intervention birth, while others want physical, emotional and/or informational support for their birth with "all the bells and whistles."
