Hi, there! I am a sleep consultant and postpartum doula in the DFW area. (Dallas, Plano, Allen, Frisco, McKinney, and more!) After having an established and successful business as a sleep consultant for years, I decided to add postpartum doula services to better serve my community with hands-on and attentive care. Overnight Postpartum Doula Care
Providing 8-12 hours of care overnight, as a postpartum doula I will be: *Feeding, diapering, and soothing your baby as needed *Supporting Mom with breastfeeding and postpartum hygiene *Washing and sanitizing bottles, pacifiers, and pump parts *Folding your baby's laundry as needed

Newborn Sleep Consulting Package
Week-by-week making changes to your newborn's routines and practicing healthy sleep habits so that by 12 weeks old your baby will be falling asleep independently, sleeping long stretches at night and napping predictably: *Extensive initial consultation *Individualized written sleep plan *Texting support throughout the plan to troubleshoot and guide sleep transitions *Phone calls throughout the plan The newborn sleep plan is for newborns birth-5 weeks old. In-Home support available by request for an additional charge

Infant Sleep Consulting Package
3 weeks of support, working with you to teach your infant how to fall asleep independently, connect sleep cycles, and sleep long stretches at night, along with predictable daytime naps: *Extensive initial consultation *Individualized written sleep plan *Texting support throughout the plan *Phone calls throughotu the plan Infant sleep package starts at 12 weeks old. In-Home support available by request at an additional charge.
