Can I book less than the package minimum?

Yes, the Relax Package is great for as needed support. This is available only for families in the Dallas-Fort Worth, Texas area and depends on availability.

Do you care for twins or triplets?

Yes, I love working with multiples! The rate for twins adds $100/shift and $200/shift for triplets to my base rate. Every family and setup is different, so we’ll discuss care details during our initial call.

How far in advance should I book?

I recommend booking 4 to 6 months in advance, especially for travel bookings or longer-term care. Limited openings depending on the season.

Will I get regular updates about how care is going?

Yes. I provide both written and verbal updates based on your preferences. I usually give a quick recap after each shift. Communication is key as I monitor and document each shift to help spot patterns, keep parents informed and ideal for sharing with a medical provider or tracking progress.

Do you require a retainer to book services?

Yes. A signed contract and retainer are required to reserve your dates. This ensures the dedicated time is held exclusively for your family.

Do you travel to families for bookings ?

Yes, I love being able to support families throughout the country and beyond with advance planning. I'm based in Dallas/Fort Worth, TX and have my own accommodations in Tacoma, WA, Portland, OR, and Oklahoma City, OK. Most families provide accommodations. Out-of-area bookings may require added compensation for travel and lodging.

Are accommodations required?

Yes, a bed is required for all services whether its in the nursery or guest room. For support outside my local area, off-shift accommodations are required. If you choose the Repose Package, a private room or lodging allowing for uninterrupted sleep during breaks is required.
