I've learned a lot of practical knowledge through my postpartum journeys – breastfeeding all three of my children, tandem nursing twins, using cloth diapers, creating homemade baby food, and embracing baby wearing, that I am eager to share. I love helping moms integrate these practices into their lives. I am passionate about holistic practices, but am also comfortable around modern medicine. My approach is rooted in understanding and respecting each family's choices. My strengths shine brightest when engaging with mothers – whether it's during heartfelt conversations, changing diapers, or bringing nourishing meals. I am married and blessed with four beautiful children. I have over ten years of experience working with children in school and childcare settings.
