From birth prep, labor support, postpartum support and newborn support to sibling doula, placenta and long term support, I am there to meet all of you needs.

Postpartum doula
We will meet a minimum of two times up to whatever you need. A listening ear, a helpful and and an open heart are what I bring. I help with light house work and other children. I help encourage bonding with you newborn and self care. Let me take care of you, like you take care of everything else!

Birth Doula
Three prenatal visits will help us get to know each other. I will help you understand the processes that you will be coming up on, and address concerns and fears that you are feeling. We will go over basic birth prep and education, newborn care, feeding, and a birth plan. I will attend your birth in the capacity that you need and offer one postpartum visit.

Six total visits to help you through pregnancy, birth and postpartum. We will go over birth preferences, education, and your needs postpartum. This includes email and phone support.
