After a 15-year career in the medical field, Nicole has pursued her true passion of supporting families during the transformational process of childbirth as a birth doula. She has discovered her true calling. Nicole is married and has three children. Her easygoing, confident, and approachable personality, along with her good sense of humor, helps put families at ease. Nicole works well with hospital staff, birth center staff, and home birth providers, viewing her role as a team member who helps create a calm and supportive birth environment. She maintains an unbiased approach to childbirth, providing families with education and information, and empowering them to speak up. Nicole brings a variety of tools to assist families in making the best decisions for themselves. She is an expert in the use of the birth sling and provides hands-on, loving care and physical support.

Hello Families! My name is Keyz The Wellness Doula. I am the owner and operator of The Indi Women's Club, a women's health practice focusing on health equity and combating maternal health disparities. In addition to being a certified birth and postpartum doula, I am a registered nurse, childbirth educator and breastfeeding educator. It is my strong belief that education and preparation can reduce fear surrounding birth and make for a positive birth experience. My birth philosophy: birth is a natural physiologic process that should be witnessed and supported rather than governed or controlled. Anyone involved in this journey should always aim to keep the woman/birthing person's bodily autonomy intact. I will always hold space for clients to find the fullness of their power, to learn to trust and connect with their bodies, and to give birth in a way that makes them feel seen, heard, safe, and respected.

Greetings all, I am Aldeisha Smith, a Birth and Postpartum Doula residing in Northern California. The many layers of conceiving, pregnancy, and birth are astounding and ever evolving. As a proprietor of knowledge, I always find myself looking for new things to learn to teach. With a solid background in Biology and Biological Research, I know that birth has many unanswered questions and uniqueness; all starting with a thought. I am here to assist families with finding the answers to their questions with peace and love at the center. Providing an environment to spark interest in researching and affirming oneself for the best outcomes. My practice creates an engaging atmosphere for the whole family to seek informational and emotional support. In my free time, I enjoy baking, reading books, writing poetry, vending at the local farmers markets and spending time with my family.
