Hi there! I am a DONA trained birth doula and have also been working to help people through injuries and chronic pain as a professional massage therapist for over 12 years now. I gained a passion for birth while making birth plans and creating roles for my own birth team during the birthing chapter of my life with my four cherubs. I was able to birth in various settings. I am all about doing things your way. I believe a woman should strive to have the birth experience she desires. I believe in a well thought out birth plan and in a unified birth team. Though things don't always go just as planned, having one is very empowering. I also have really appreciated the births I have been in where the partner is a strong presence during the birth. The power of a unified couple is not to be diminished. If you choose me to assist your birth, I will be there to help educate, empower, advocate and help you and your partner have an unforgettable bonding experience with each other and your baby. Whether you have a desire to birth at home, at a birth center, in a hospital--with an epidural or hoping to go med free, I will support you in your goals, we will do it "your way". Kylee was the most amazing doula I have ever had! I would pay her prices any day to have her! She was always so quick to answer any questions I had. The day of the labor she showed up so quick I couldn’t believe it! If I didn’t have her support during the labor I don’t know what I would have done. She helped me with counter pressure and tens unit that was a total game changer! I dilated all the way to a 7 with her help before I got the epidural! Her class was also the best! I’m so glad my husband and I could go together and feel so prepared for our labor. She was the best support and I felt instantly connected to her on our first intro call through zoom! Even though I didn’t know her that well I felt so comfortable around her! I would highly recommend Kylee and I tell all my pregnant friends about her and her class! Hypnobabies also really helped me have a great mind set for my labor!

My first encounter with Chiropractic care was after a sports injury in high school. Something about it stuck because I got both a Bachelor's and a Doctorate from Palmer College of Chiropractic. During my internship, I witnessed firsthand how chiropractic can help kids. It was then that I realized the potential chiropractic care had to help so many people. That was how I developed a passion to care for children, pregnant parents, and families through wellness and education. When I'm not in the office, I'm probably outdoors with my dogs. I love being a part of this community and I am excited to serve the people in Utah County.

Oh hey- I’m Rachel! Former Special Education teacher, mama and now certified pediatric sleep consultant passionate about teaching other families how to get the sleep they need without the struggle. After months of sleepless nights and exhaustive internet searches we were finally able to solve my little girl’s sleep problems and get the sleep we all needed. As a sleep consultant, I recognize that not all babies are the same (obviously!) So why would a one-size-fits-all plan found on the internet solve your precious babe’s sleep struggles? This is where I come in. Together, we will design a plan to fit your family’s needs and schedule that is both gentle and respectful to your babies personality and developmental needs. As both our nanny and daughter's preschool teacher she held a valuable role in our family's life. She has shown dedication and care to our two children. She helped create a nurturing and fun environment that encouraged our children to explore, learn, and grow. She is patient, hard working, kind, and creative. She has been able to connect with our children and become important to them. In working with our children she always comes with a positive and helpful attitude. Alex is professional and reliable.

Chelsea is an amazing Doula! She was with us for 20+ hours during the birth of our first son. She knew what I needed and stepped into action even when I was not able articulate what I needed through the process. She was a calming presence in the room and provided so much peace, comfort, and encouragement. She is a gift and amazing! Highly recommend Chelsea for doula services as she is truly amazing - we would have been lost through the process without her!!

I’m a childbirth doula and registered nurse with an innate desire to support other women in the most beautiful and loving way possible. I have a medical background with a holistic mindset and desire that every woman have a nurturing and fulfilling birth and postpartum experience. I believe this is the most amazing work we can do as women….supporting others and having babies!

Recent review

Alyssa was the best birthing partner/assistant I could've hoped for. It was my first birth, and it was long (spanned over 3 days) and HARD. She was with me through the whole thing, and even came to some of my doctor's appointments with me. She taught my husband how to support me and they created the best team together. Alyssa used different modalities to help me feel comfortable. I especially liked the tens unit, counter pressure, and massage. I couldn't have survived as long as I did without those. Alyssa came weeks before my birthing time to help with any questions or concerns I had so that I felt prepared. I also felt more confident having her at the hospital because she is a nurse and knows how to advocate for her clients. And let me just throw this out there because I believe in honest reviews. Alyssa was affordable because she believes every woman should have the support they need. She went above and beyond what I ever expected. There are expensive doulas out there... a bigger price tag does not always mean quality. You will not regret having Alyssa as your doula.

I started my journey as a Reiki Therapist over ten years ago. After some personal trauma in my life in 2017 I started learning therapy specific to survivors of abuse. In 2020 I became a doula, but took my last birth in 2022 to focus on my education as a nurse. My goal is to become a trauma-informed midwife helping women and survivors have honored births.

Recent review

Robyn has been a God-send for us. More effective than our doctors have been and more proactively helpful than a therapist. I have recommended her to several friends, even my close friends.

My name is Sherri Gunn and I am one of the owners of Utah Breastfeeding & Tongue Tie center. I am a mom to six kids and had a very different breast-feeding journey with each one. I am passionate about helping others have support and help on their breast-feeding journey. I’m also a Myofunctional therapist so navigating oral restrictions and tethered oral ties is what I do best. I was also a NICU RN for years and have a special love for that population. I’m currently in school to become a family nurse practitioner so my life is a little crazy. If I am not at the clinic or studying or running kids around to various activities or making dinner, you can find me on my pretend farm feeding baby goats.

Recent review

This is my 4th child that I’ve come seeking help from Sherri! I keep coming back because of the wealth of knowledge from all my variety of issues I’ve experienced while trying to breastfeed each of my children. This time around I have gotten help with how to treat thrush, improve a bad latch by opening up fascia and doing exercises to improve tongue function, and confirming a lip tie to be released and stretches for that as well. I typically struggle with milk supply, so that is another aspect we always cover with each child. I have been helped both during office hours and after hours and I have been grateful for all the support and suggestions and instructions! I would recommend her to anyone needing the help.

As a certified birth doula and Ayurvedic postpartum specialist, I provide compassionate, personalized support to families throughout pregnancy, birth, and the postpartum period. My role is to guide and empower birthing people by offering physical comfort, emotional encouragement, and evidence-based education tailored to their unique needs and birth preferences. I blend traditional healing arts rooted in Ayurveda with modern birth practices to create a holistic, nourishing experience. This includes labor support, birth preparation, postpartum planning, and healing rituals such as Mother Blessings, Closing of the Bones ceremonies, and Reiki (Prana) therapy. I also offer guidance on Ayurvedic nutrition and emotional wellness to support recovery and balance after birth. My approach centers on nervous system regulation, self-awareness, and honoring each family’s individual path without imposing beliefs or expectations. I work closely with clients in both South Florida and Park City, Utah, providing concierge-style care that fosters confidence, calm, and connection through every phase of the perinatal journey.

First of all I’d like to thank Brooke for taking us on such short notice, we had a plan and our little baby girl had a different one coming 3 weeks earlier than expected ! Our original Dula was not available but quickly recommended Brooke and I am very happy she did. Right away Brooke was there for my wife when she needed it most, she provided my wife with a safe and comfortable environment. This being our first pregnancy we had no idea what to expect at the hospital or how this process would work. Brooke was quick to comfort her and teach her new techniques to ease the pain as well as answer any questions I had. She worked dynamically with the L&D team at our hospital and made my wife’s delivery even more smooth. Brooke was able to give my wife the confidence and positive energy she needed to have a healthy birth. Thank you!
