I'm a specialized postpartum doula with a passion for holistic well-being and a heart committed to supporting mothers on their unique journeys. My approach to postpartum care is a blend of researched practices and traditions that promote both physical and mental healing. My belief is simple yet profound – healing involves the mind, body, and soul, nurtured through compassionate support, nourishing food, and the space to rest. I am dedicated to helping moms recover faster, become stronger, and feel their absolute best, empowering them to be the best parents they can be.
My personal postpartum struggles guided me on my path into the world of postpartum care. Turning my challenges into an opportunity to support others, I am dedicated to meeting moms where they are in their postpartum journey and helping them achieve their goals. I've learned a lot of practical knowledge through my postpartum journeys – breastfeeding all three of my children, tandem nursing twins, using cloth diapers, creating homemade baby food, and embracing baby wearing, that I am eager to share. I love helping moms integrate these practices into their lives.
I am passionate about holistic practices, but am also comfortable around modern medicine. My approach is rooted in understanding and respecting each family's choices. My strengths shine brightest when engaging with mothers – whether it's during heartfelt conversations, changing diapers, or bringing nourishing meals. I hope to create a calming, caring, and supportive space that shines light on the path of each mother I have the opportunity to support.
