Hi! I'm Tiffany! Hi, I’m Tiffany! I'm an International Board Certified Lactation Consultant, Childbirth Educator, and Cranial-Sacral Specialist. My work has one core belief: our bodies are wise, and birth works best when it’s supported rather than managed. I began this work in 2018 after the empowering, transformative birth of my son — an experience that reshaped not only how I viewed birth, but how I chose to serve families in my community. What started as a passion for physiologic birth has evolved into a deeply embodied practice that supports the whole person. Through childbirth education, lactation support, and gentle cranial-sacral care, I help families slow down, reconnect with their bodies, and make informed choices that align with their version of safety. I don’t believe in one-size-fits-all care — I believe in honoring context, autonomy, and the unfolding nature of birth and early parenthood. It has been a privilege to support and educate over 200 families, and it remains an honor to witness one of life’s most profound moments — the birth of a family.

Foundations of Physiologic Birth Class
This comprehensive, 5-week series offers a grounded approach to childbirth education. We explore how labor works, how the body and hormones interact, and how environment, movement, comfort measures, and support shape the birth experience. Alongside physiology, we discuss navigating medical systems, understanding common interventions, and making informed decisions that align with your individual sense of safety. This class creates space for knowledge, trust, and flexibility — honoring the reality that birth is nuanced and deeply personal.
Comfort Measures Class
Bloom: Comfort, Movement & Support is a one-time class focused on understanding how the body experiences labor and how comfort can be supported through movement, environment, and nervous system awareness. We explore both non-pharmacological and pharmacological pain relief options through a physiologic lens, offering practical tools while honoring individual choice and context.
Preparing for Breastfeeding Class
This class offers a grounded, physiologic introduction to breastfeeding that centers connection, responsiveness, and trust. We explore how milk production works, how babies feed, and how anatomy, positioning, and environment influence the early feeding relationship. Rather than focusing on rigid rules or schedules, this class supports families in understanding common challenges, pumping when helpful, and creating a feeding environment that feels regulating and sustainable.
