Hi! I’m Tiffany — Certified Birth Doula, CLC, Wife to Josh, and Momma to Pax. My passion has always been to serve my community — but HOW I chose to serve my community changed drastically after the beautiful, empowering birth of my son. When starting my business in 2018, I made it my mission to educate families on the benefits of physiologic birth and to encourage them to take empowered responsibility for the health of themselves and their babies. Since then, I’ve had the joy of helping to educate and empower over 100 families! It is a true honor to bear witness to such a magical event — the moment a family is born!

Doula Services
-Doula services include 2-3 prenatal visits, on call from 38 weeks, and 1-2 postpartum/lactation visits (at your request) as well as lactation support before, during and after birth. During prenatal visits we will discuss the process of birth & signs/stages of labor, birth preferences, comfort techniques for each stage of labor, optimal fetal positioning, nutrition, chiropractic care, breastfeeding, prepping your home, body and family for the fourth trimester, and access to my personal lending library.

Doula Services + Childbirth Education
CBE class includes- discomforts during pregnancy, choosing an optimal provider and birth location, basic anatomy, hormones and their roles during pregnancy /labor/birth, optimal fetal positioning, cardinal movements, signs of labor, stages of labor, emotional /physical needs of mother during labor, comfort measures for each stage of labor, evidence supporting comfort measures, pain medications, hospital procedures, “unwritten rules of hospital”, variations of labor, informed consent & refusal, induction methods, tests of fetal well-being, first/second/third stage interventions, cesarean section, newborn procedures and appearance, postpartum adjustment, and common postpartum issues
