I embarked on this beautiful journey in 2021 when I assisted a mama during her freebirth (the practice of women birthing their baby without medical or midwifery assistance.) Witnessing the police being called on her twice and other people trying to object to her BIRTH RIGHTS, I decided to become a certified Doula (a professional labor assistant who provides physical and emotional support to you and your partner during pregnancy) so that I may advocate for all birthing people and their partners.

Hi, My name is Erin. I am a mother of 5, I have discovered the healing power of taking back my birthing experience. I decided to learn more and now I want to help others by sharing my story and supporting others in their birthing journey.

After going through multiple pregnancy losses and receiving support from other women, I knew that I wanted to learn how to support women through labor and birth, both in the extreme highs and extreme lows of that journey. I was trained in 2018 and have been practicing ever since! My doula career began in San Antonio and is now continuing in middle Tennessee, where I live with my husband and 3 beautiful children. I truly see doula work as a calling and ministry. I am passionate about empowering and supporting women, and I would love to walk alongside you in your pregnancy and birth!

I have a passion for community assistance ever since I have knowledge. I remember as a little girl helped the elders after school at only 9 years old. As years passed me passion for helping our community grew stronger. So I began my journey in the medical field as a RMA in the OB GYN specialty. I still felt that I can do more for my community and one day in bible study a lady I met called herself a Doula and I asked what is a doula and once she explained to me what a Doula is I immediately looked into it and it was an instant match for me. I was already working with moms and babies but being even more close to my clients and the community was an extraordinary feeling of accomplishment. I got certify as a Doula Business Owner, Lactation consultant, Birth Doula, Holistic nutrition, placenta encapsulation specialist all to be an all in one package for my clients. I strongly believe that it lessens the stress when a doula can carry multiple specialties needed to avoid referring and the client to be seeing multiple appointments in a day.
