My name is Jillian Cain and I am so excited to begin my journey as a postpartum doula. I hope to be able to support families in the Salt Lake City area, including as far east as Park City, Heber, Midway. I believe that postpartum care is just as much about caring for the mother as it is caring for the child. If the mother feels confident and supported, they are able to be more present and relaxed while supporting their new family member. Whether this is your first or third child, I believe a postpartum doula can help change the first 12 weeks after you give birth.
