As both our nanny and daughter's preschool teacher she held a valuable role in our family's life. She has shown dedication and care to our two children. She helped create a nurturing and fun environment that encouraged our children to explore, learn, and grow. She is patient, hard working, kind, and creative. She has been able to connect with our children and become important to them. In working with our children she always comes with a positive and helpful attitude. Alex is professional and reliable.

Hi, I’m Angela. I’m a mom of five and birth doula. I’m passionate about giving women the birth they desire. To enter into motherhood with as much peace as possible. I love supporting women in pregnancy and those early weeks of motherhood.

Recent review

My husband and I had an amazing experience with Angela as our doula. She helped me to work through some trauma that I had experienced in a previous birth, and helped me overcome some fears and concerns that I had surrounding birth. She has a very calm, soothing presence. I was super impressed with how well she was able to provide birth support and take excellent photos at the same time. I will always treasure the photos she took of my son's birth.

Pregnancy, birth, and babies...I love it all! I see the birth process as a huge opportunity for growth and healing. This is an opportunity for the birthing person to communicate with their body and find their own intuitive & unique way of birthing. This is not just a mother experience but a parent experience, I love getting the partners involved. I am also a massage therapists and birth photographer. Massage during labor can be so helpful and amazing and I love capturing the sweet moments between a couple and meeting your baby! One of my more recent educational experiences is Cranial Sacral Therapy for Infants. I love working with the babies!

Recent review

Let me start by saying that I NEVER leave reviews unless I was really moved by something. Joleen is such an incredible doula, words can't express enough how much support she provided during my birth experience. She actually cares about her clients and the outcome they desire. I highly recommend having a doula who is also a massage therapist-- a damn good one at that-- I had extreme back labor and needed counter pressure every single contraction. She was with me for 9 or 10 hours and never gave up! She had me move into countless different positions to get my baby to move down and out, and I never felt like we ran out of things to try. My husband was skeptical of hiring a doula at first, but was so thankful that we had her help and that it wasn't all on him after it was all said and done. 😉 I attribute my going natural 100% on the team of people I had with me that day; I would have caved and got an epidural if it was just me and the hubby. My midwife was even complimenting her on how much she was doing to help me! Joleen's gentle guidance was everything. I highly recommend her to anyone who is going to give birth, but especially those who want to have a natural birth!! Having that extra support could really make or break your experience. ❤

Hi! I'm Morgan, I'm a newer birth doula who's committed to helping you have the most positive birth experience you could possibly have! I'm passionate about helping you advocate for yourself and being someone you can truly lean on and trust in such a chaotic but beautiful moment of your life. I'm someone to consider particularly if you have trouble speaking up for yourself with medical professionals, or maybe a difficult family member who's overstepping boundaries and you would like help. I also am LGBTQ+ friendly and affirming.

Recent review

I wish I could give Morgan 10 stars. She was amazing throughout my entire experience. She helped me through my 33 hours of mostly unmedicated labor by providing foot and head massages, hip pressure, back rubs, and so much more. She also made sure the hospital staff were aware of my birth plan and advocated for me and helped me decide what was right when they suggested we deviate from it. She made labor and delivery so much better than it would have been that I will never have another baby without her.

Jorie is a birth + postpartum doula and loves every moment of it. She’s certified through Birth Boot Camp and has also trained as a VBAC doula to support clients having a vaginal birth after cesarean. At the young age of 15, Jorie had the privilege of attending her first nephew's birth, an experience that ignited a deep-seated passion within her for supporting families during pregnancy and beyond. Once she experienced that birth, she continued to attend the rest of her nephews + nieces births and took to being the friend or sister who sat with loved ones in their postpartum days. She is known for her warmth, patience, and intuitive ability to learn and guide people in the newness of parenthood. Whether Jorie’s clients find themselves in the midst of labor or navigating the beautiful chaos of life with a newborn, she is there to walk alongside them every step of the way. With her training and hands-on life experience, Jorie’s aim is to cultivate a safe and nurturing environment where her clients feel empowered to make decisions that resonate with their unique journey. Beyond her doula duties, you’ll often find Jorie working on her hobbies and crafts, throwing on her pottery wheel or hanging with her family. She believes in finding joy in life's simple pleasures and cherishing every moment of the journey. She is deeply honored to accompany her clients on their path to parenthood, offering unwavering support, guidance, and a sprinkle of joy & laughter along the way!

I highly recommend Jorie as a doula, both for birth and postpartum! She is SO kind and caring. During birth, she’s an expert at knowing how to advocate for you, encourage you, and what comfort measures to use. Postpartum is also so much better with extra help! Jorie is the best, so thankful for her! :)

Having trained as a Doula and Prenatal Yoga Instructor in Washington, D.C., I gained valuable experience supporting mothers in fast-paced medical settings where advocacy and informed decisions are essential. Now based in Utah, I use these skills to create calm and positive birth environments where mothers feel heard, supported, and empowered to create the birth experience of their dreams.

Mary Alice was with me every step of the way: in my pregnancy, during labor, and postpartum. I came to our first meeting a bit nervous about my upcoming labor. She was able to quell my fears and support me in putting together a birth plan that I felt comfortable with. My husband and I left the meeting feeling confident and looking forward to the birth. During my pregnancy, she was a wonderful guide in answering any questions that I had. When I began laboring, Mary Alice provided the guidance and support that put me at ease. She was able to advocate for me in the hospital and give me the needed information to understand the choices placed before me by hospital staff. Her words of encouragement and coaching were exactly what I needed. She is truly gifted! She is clear in her communication and knowledgeable in this role. Couldn't have asked for a better doula!

Passion for helping others has been ingrained in me for as long as I can recall. Creating a secure space where individuals can embrace vulnerability and find unwavering support is a facet of my character that brings me immense pride. No one should feel alone; it has always been my inclination to extend beyond expectations, offering a comforting presence to loved ones and patients navigating moments of solitude and unease during transitions in hospitals. To me, being your Doula is not just providing you counter pressure and support. It’s about creating that positive birth space for you, where you can completely surrender and lay trust into your surroundings! Where you can be fully present with yourself and your baby as they transition from being a part of you on the inside and into one of their own in your arms on the outside. This is your story that I, as your doula, am honored to be a part of. You are in control of your birth space and who is in it! For each of my birth clients, I craft personally written affirmation cards and offer assistance in materializing your dream birth space. Post-birth, as the fourth trimester unfolds, I step into a role of unique support. This chapter, where families acquaint themselves with quirks and routines, is as distinctive as each individual. As a postpartum doula, I provide physical and mental support—whether it’s lactation guidance, rest, household chores, meal prepping, or engaging in profound conversations about life. In moments of exhaustion and when things seem askew, always remember: You are enough! Beyond my doula work, I engage with clients through informative calls, providing education on a spectrum of topics ranging from childbirth and parenting to Montessori principles. When I’m not immersed in these enlightening conversations, my off-hours are a dynamic blend of creativity and rejuvenation. To stay grounded and invigorated, I venture outdoors, whether it’s through the exhilarating experience of cold plunging or the serenity of a hike in nature.

Madison was crucial in my positive postpartum experience. As our postpartum doula, she helped me, a first time mom, navigate the new realm of caring for my exhausted body while learning about and caring for my newborn. I couldn’t imagine anyone else in my little bubble with me. She had so much expertise and really had a way with my baby. She encouraged confidence in me and allowed for much needed rest whenever I needed it. I can’t recommend her enough. I’d hire her over and over again.

I am a proud boy mom to three wonderful boys who will someday change the world. I am an Army Medic and EMT. I love helping people, but felt called to develop my passion for birth work after my second child was born in the height of COVID during an amazing home birth. I have learned that there is so much to be honored in pregnancy, the birthing space, and the postpartum period, and I love being able to help families feel empowered and supported during those transitions.

My path to become a doula began with my first powerful and transformative experience giving birth. I left the hospital in awe of my innate strength and what my body could do. The more I talked with others, the more I realized my empowering birth was not the norm. I am a doula because I have a deep passion for helping others feel safe, seen, and supported in their journey through birth so they can discover their strength and have a positive experience. I believe the way we are treated during pregnancy and birth matters immensely and everyone deserves support. I am here to be a guide through your unique birth journey, witness your strength, encourage you to listen to your intuition, and help inform about your options, every step of the way. Before I gave birth to my four sweet babies, I earned a bachelor’s degree in human development. I am a DONA trained doula and advanced VBAC Link certified. I am an avid reader and love to learn about all things pregnancy, birth, women’s health, and natural living. I enjoy hiking, yoga, traveling, collecting houseplants, deep one-on-one conversations, and playing games with my family. I am excited to meet you and hear part of your story!

Hi there! I am a DONA trained birth doula and have also been working to help people through injuries and chronic pain as a professional massage therapist for over 12 years now. I gained a passion for birth while making birth plans and creating roles for my own birth team during the birthing chapter of my life with my four cherubs. I was able to birth in various settings. I am all about doing things your way. I believe a woman should strive to have the birth experience she desires. I believe in a well thought out birth plan and in a unified birth team. Though things don't always go just as planned, having one is very empowering. I also have really appreciated the births I have been in where the partner is a strong presence during the birth. The power of a unified couple is not to be diminished. If you choose me to assist your birth, I will be there to help educate, empower, advocate and help you and your partner have an unforgettable bonding experience with each other and your baby. Whether you have a desire to birth at home, at a birth center, in a hospital--with an epidural or hoping to go med free, I will support you in your goals, we will do it "your way".
