Hi, I'm Hunter! Im 25 years old and a fierce advocate serving Salt Lake and Utah County. In doing research to prepare myself for future pregnancy I was faced with the sad reality that many people have entered the birth space uninformed and unsupported, with so many voices shouting at them about the "one right way" to give birth and be a parent. Only to leave the birth space scared, in pain, and often traumatized. This reality felt bleak to me so I began my journey learning how to provide advocacy, alignment, and assurance to my clients. I believe everyone should have access to emotional, physical and spiritual support while diving into labor and finding their inner power during birth.

Hello! My name is Elise Monson, and I am a Birth Doula located in Lehi Utah. I serve in both Utah and Salt Lake Counties. I love all things birth. It's my mission to empower mothers through evidence based education so that they can make informed decisions for themselves, and then provide advocacy for them during birth to make sure their desires are respected. Childbirth is not a medical emergency, unless it becomes one. We as women were built for this!

I have always been passionate about birth work, but it wasn’t until I gave birth that I felt a desire to help other women. I felt alone for part of my labor and never want any woman to feel the way I did. Women deserve so much support and love during such a vulnerable and life changing moment in their lives. I will be your advocate and support you emotionally and physically during your labor and birth experience.
