About me

Hello! My name is Elise Monson, and I am a Birth Doula located in Lehi Utah. I serve in both Utah and Salt Lake Counties. I love all things birth. It's my mission to empower mothers through evidence based education so that they can make informed decisions for themselves, and then provide advocacy for them during birth to make sure their desires are respected. Childbirth is not a medical emergency, unless it becomes one. We as women were built for this!

As a birth Doula, I offer prenatal education and full birth support. As a separate service from my birth doula work, I offer postpartum nannying. I have over 11 years of experience nannying and love helping mothers after they've given birth!
