Matrescence, the journey of becoming a mother, further inspired me to embrace the role of "mothering the mother." I specialize in pregnancy, pregnancy loss, pregnancy termination, birth trauma and adjusting to parenthood. I use a trauma and attachment lens to help clients to process trauma and/or cope better with anxiety and depression.

Hello everyone, my name is Grace and I am taking courses to become a postpartum doula. I am currently a lead teacher in a 12-24 month old classroom. I have also had ample experience helping in the infant room of the learning center that I am employed with. I have brought my services here because I want to help be the support families need after having a child.
