Hi, I’m Kimberly, a Texas native and certified postpartum doula who’s passionate about helping families find peace, confidence, and rest during those tender first weeks at home. Caring for babies has been a part of my life since I was 16, and over the years it’s become more than something I love, it’s truly my calling. For the past two years, I’ve supported parents through the ups and downs of the fourth trimester, offering gentle guidance, emotional support, and hands-on newborn care. Whether I’m helping a baby settle to sleep, giving parents time to rest, or simply listening when the day feels overwhelming, my goal is always the same: to make sure you feel cared for, capable, and never alone in this transition. I’m BLS certified, and I bring both skill and heart into every home I enter. Each family’s journey looks different, but every one deserves to be met with compassion, calm, and understanding.

I am Drea Kelly, the founder of River Wild Doula Services, and I am so happy you're here! I'd love to share a bit of my story in hopes of someday hearing some of yours. ​ It has been my joy and privilege to partner with families as a doula for the past 18 years, serving them as they make some of the biggest transitions in life. I have always known I was called to this work... to hold space in the sacred, in-between places where we are transformed by the rivers running wild through us. It is such an honor to be invited onto this holy ground. ​ I believe parents have innate wisdom and intuition that can and should be trusted as they navigate the myriad of decisions in the childbearing year and beyond. As your doula I am here to be your guide and coach through those decisions, while providing the physical, mental, emotional and spiritual support you need along the way. I started River Wild with the prayer that families would be able to access the kind of care that empowered them to birth their way and raise their families with confidence. ​ I live in Cedar Park, Texas with my incredible husband who stays home with our three delicious kiddos full-time. Family hikes, cozy evenings and a good card game are just a few of our favorite things. I am currently studying to become a midwife and I am thrilled to bring this elevated level of knowledge and care to my doula families as I train in this deeper wisdom of "being with woman". ​ I can't wait to chat and hear your story!

I was inspired to pursue birth work after becoming a parent and experiencing how powerful and transformative the birthing process is. I also do this work because it brings so much joy and connection. I believe that supporting families during such a vulnerable and sacred passage in their lives, providing access to care, educating and overall empowering birthing people to trust their bodies and intuition is truly fundamental for healthy maternal/ birthing outcomes. I am the proud mama of a magical 3 year old. In my free time, I enjoy the outdoors, hiking and watching the wild dance of our trees. I love eating and getting lost in a good book. I was born in Guatemala and moved to the states when I was 7 years old. Spanish is my first language. I got a Bachelors in Marketing at Missouri State University and moved to Austin shortly thereafter. I have been married for 6 years to a man who makes me laugh. Hi, my name is Lauren, and I have been working in childcare for over 15 years. For the past five years, I have been specializing in overnight infant care. What makes me your best choice?! I am great at what I do and tailor the experience to meet your needs. I am able to provide expert infant care while establishing safe and healthy sleep habits. I also offer guidance, education, emotional support, and general help filling the many needs that arise while adjusting to a newborn. There is no need too big or task too small for me to tackle or help you navigate. I entered this niche of child care due to my love for babies. However, I quickly realized I have a passion for supporting parents as well. I have many hours of experience helping families navigate the life altering transition of a new baby at home. Hi! I'm Lacey Dowlearn! I am a Birth Boot Camp certified Childbirth Educator and Certified Birth Doula serving Round Rock families. My journey in birth work began in 2007 with the first pregancy in my group of friends. She had mentioned wanting a midwife and I started researching. I had caught the birth bug and was hooked! The idea of women helping women made my heart happy. Over the years, I have had the opportunity to be an apprentice midwife at several freestanding birth centers; labor support for homebirth, birth center and hospital clients in Round Rock and surrounding areas and have recently certified as a CBE and Doula with Birth Boot Camp. I've been married to my partner, Danny, since April 2008. He has supported me through this journey and is a great partner. I am a mom to two beautiful little girls, Annie and Jane. Both of my births took place in my home accompanied by a midwife, my very first midwifery preceptor. I breastfed both of my babies for 2 years, tandem for 6 months. That was such a wonderful and bonding experience. I want to provide the best care to each mother who trusts me with her birth experience, whether that be in hospital or at home. I believe that having a positive birth experience is the right of every woman. I will strive to help each mother and baby have a special delivery.

If you ask my children what I do, they will tell you I “help mamas get the babies out”. Bless. ​ I was submerged into the birth world at a very young age, witnessing home births and having a deep relationship with our family midwife. Labor, placentas, and babies were very normalized topics in our house.
