●2 Prenatal Visits – to prepare for birth, talk through your preferences, and practice comfort techniques. ●On-Call Support from 38 Weeks – I’ll be ready day or night when your labor begins. ●Continuous Labor & Birth Support – by your side through active labor, delivery, and the sacred moments after. ●1–2 Hours of Immediate Postpartum Care – to help with feeding, bonding, and settling in. ●1 Postpartum Visit – to check in on your recovery, answer questions, and support your transition. ●Ongoing Text & Phone Support – from the time you hire me until well after your baby arrives. 🤍 My role is to support you, your partner, and your birth experience with encouragement, evidence-based knowledge, and steady presence.
