In addition to the typical postpartum doula services of baby support, light housework and meal prep, my offerings also include holistic birth recovery services, herbal support, bodywork, yoga therapy, and energy healing.

(Most recently, Japan in 2023 🌎) My mission is to be a steadfast advocate for women, ensuring they know they are not alone on this incredible journey.
