Hi! I’m Ashley. I’m a DONA Certified Birth Doula & Advanced VBAC Doula, Certified Lactation Counselor, owner of Saltwater Doula, and an educator and agency coordinator at the Relief Doula Agency based out of Relief Parenting Respite and Resource Center in Hampton, NH. I am also the lucky mom of two sweet and salty girls! I offer prenatal, birth, postpartum, and lactation services to families in Portsmouth, Dover, Exeter, Manchester and other areas throughout the seacoast and southern New Hampshire. I provide support for clients of all kinds. This includes clients who wish to go unmedicated or are planning on an epidural, those with scheduled c-sections or who are preparing for a VBAC. I am there for you whether you are planning to birth at a hospital, at home, or at a local birth center. As your birth doula, my goal is to support you (without bias or judgement) in any way you may need throughout your pregnancy, labor, and the delicate days of the 4th trimester. Hi, I’m Emily! I’m a Certified Perinatal Doula (CPD) and artist based in Providence, Rhode Island. I’ve been supporting birthing families since 2022, but my path to this work started long before then. Living with endometriosis shaped my understanding of how essential it is to feel seen, heard, and supported in healthcare. When I was first learning how to navigate life with endo, I needed someone who could inform, empower, and walk with me through the unknown. Now, I’m honored to be that person for others as a doula. I’m committed to inclusive, compassionate, and evidence-based support. My approach is rooted in deep listening, genuine connection, and a belief that birth can be a powerful, joyful, and transformative experience. I am Maya (they/them/theirs), a full-spectrum doula and care worker in Providence, RI. I am a certified perinatal doula (CPD) and in-network with most RI based medical insurances! I offer prenatal care, labor & delivery support and postpartum support to folks of all genders and family structures. Abortion support has become a central part of my offerings in the last year. Hi! I'm Naomi. I am a Certified Practitioner Midwife choosing to focus on providing birth and postpartum doula support. I keep my Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) and Neonatal Resuscitation (NRP) cards active at all times. I am currently in the process of becoming certified as a postpartum doula. I believe that if women/birthing persons and their babies were truly supported in the way they most need, we would have peace on Earth. I decided to become a midwife and doula because I want to make the world a better place, and I believe the way to do that is to bring compassionate support to mothers and their babies. I received my training through Maternidad La Luz (birth center on the US/Mexico border) and the Childbirth and Postpartum Professional Association (CAPPA). I have attended around 150 births and have provided care for many newborns. I currently run Little Angel Doula and work part time as a midwife assistant for a local home birth practice. My philosophy centers around trusting the birthing body and trusting the process of transition into parenthood. I am a firm believer in the power of gentle touch and calm words, good rest, good nourishment, and laughter. I have confidence in my heart and my hands to be there for you and your child.

My name is Rebecca. I have two little girls Scarlet and Emma who inspired me to become a Labor Doula. I loved birth so much that I decided to become a Childbirth Educator. I love supporting clients and their partners through pregnancy, labor, birth and postpartum.

I've been professionally practicing as a birth and postpartum doula for seven years, with nearly double that time supporting family and friends. My belief in the innate power of birthing individuals guides me, as I aim to uplift what's already within them. Through a blend of training, experience, and holistic support, I see myself as your birth companion, enhancing existing support without replacing it.

From an early age, Rophe was drawn to birth work and the beauty of the experience. Rophe is passionate about advocating for couples and giving them the education they need to make informed decisions to take charge of their births. She believes strongly in the beauty and strength of a women's body and its intended design for birth. Melissa’s earliest memory of delighting in the birth process was as a child visiting the Science Museum. She remembers watching videos, one of a mother dancing in her labor room, another surrounded by her young family, while another escaped into a birthing pool to focus inwardly. It was not until Melissa became a mother herself that she realized just how empowering the birth space can be.
