There aren't enough words to accurately describe the amazing care that we received from Mary Anne and her team. Every prenatal and postpartum appointment felt like meeting up with a lifelong friend. Having them by my side throughout my labor felt like I had angels watching over me. I would recommend Tender Beginnings Birth Services to absolutely everyone!

Dear Family, Hi, My name is Nanny Kate, TT, and I have been a Nanny/Household manager for nearly 26 years now. I am seeking a long term commitment, and will be exclusive to your family! I have a strong sense of family, having grown up with an older sister, and parents who just celebrated their 53rd Anniversary! My 10 year old niece and nephew, friends and my dog are the loves of my life! I began my career at 17 when I decided to be an intern at a law firm to start on the path of becoming an attorney. During my first week, the nanny for the owners of the firm would bring in their infant daughter to visit. She would hand the baby to me whenever she started crying because the crying would subside and turn into smiles and laughs. I was given the nickname of the “baby whisperer” After seeing this on multiple occasions, the owners asked if I would rather be their nanny then an intern. The rest is history!! As your nanny, my objective is to create a safe and fun learning environment for children of all ages, and will allow you to maximize your quality time with your child. My style of childcare is laid back but structured. I don’t favor strict schedules, but believe in maintaining an orderly house and routines. I want the child to learn as many self help skills as possible given their age, as well as positive reinforcement. I am an on-the-go nanny, and enjoy watching children learn through hands-on experiences and outings! Nanny Kate

Our Journey with Olivia started when I discovered that I was already almost 3 months pregnant. In fact before I was present at my niece’s birth when my sister also gave birth at home and Olivia was her midwife. Since then, I knew that when I got pregnant I would want her as my midwife. Of course this is a decision to be made as a couple so when I spoke with my husband he was quite apprehensive as we were in the most difficult financial phase of our lives and we could do it for free through the national health system. He told me “ My love, with that money we can feed many poor people and God will be more pleased with us, but you decide” to which I replied “But the pregnancy and birth are very important for the future of our baby and can affect him so much” so we decided to choose Olivia and giving birth at home. It was definitely the best decision. The only decision. Olivia took care of us from every corner that we didn’t even know existed. She gave us so much information and all through natural means. She is very down to earth at the same time. We followed all her advice and we understood all the science involved and I can tell you that the results where amazing. I was hearing and seeing my pregnant friends suffering and with bloated feet etc. I had the best pregnancy ever, no bloated feet, not exhausted, full of energy eating very well and the results were a very healthy son. My birth was not easy at all because of my body structure and my son had his head in the wrong position. It took 14 hours and most of it was in the expulsion part. I can tell you if I was in a Hospital I am sure they would have done a C-section. She advised us at every step in a very smooth and organic way with all the science involved explained and with simple daily steps. And she gave us all her love. On the birth day she involved the family and created the best environment for this very special day. The most difficult and the best day of our lives. I had my husband and my mother always around, and she explained them how to do this special massage to relieve the pain and special smoothies etc. I can’t explain all the magic but in such a difficult moment she makes the best environment happen. After the baby borns she is there for you to assist you in every detail, teach you and make you feel confident and happy without fears (there are so many new parents full of fears and even many arrive to not be able to breastfeed, and simply because they didn’t have this assistance). My husband, one week after the birth, said to me “you know, if we had more money I would pay Olivia much more because really, she is more than great, you were right!” I had amazing recovery after the birth because I followed all her advice and of course my family support. But truly her knowledge is amazing. She has more than 3000 births experience in very different conditions even in African countries with very poor conditions. And I think that that experience and her BIG heart made her a really amazing midwife and friend. I wish I had more words to describe better. Until today years later I ask her questions when my son is sick or I have any doubt, and always I get a complete response of someone who really cares. I hope she trains more people to be like her because this world really needs it. I had a very good friend giving birth some days before me in the hospital. She got no explanations what so ever and when she went home she and her baby were sick. So I advise her to consult Olivia which she did and then she called me and said “sister thank you so much really, Olivia saved us, she is amazing”. We are not aware but there are many diseases and conditions that a baby can get just because of the birth or the pregnancy, especially breathing problems ( like I have) and we can avoid it just having the right knowledge and help on our side. And Olivia, apart from being a good friend, she has that knowledge and gives that help. I know she is not in my country at the moment but I told her when I get pregnant again (soon inshallah) she must come or I will go to her because I don’t want anyone else but her as our midwife. I am sure God will reward her for her great heart and amazing “work”. Thank you Olivia. We love you.

I enjoy watching TV spending, time with my children and, taking vacations. I've had a passion for conception pregnancy and birth since I was a teenager. I would spend hours in the library researching and learning about embryology, neonatology and, obstetrics. As a mother, I know how important it is to have quality care, more importantly to feel heard. feeling empowered, Informed. like an ally you can rely on! You shouldn't have to feel like you're fighting against your beliefs and intuition. Most importantly you want what's best for your baby. Some season practitioners are stuck in their ways I'm trying to bridge that Gap between hospital being a normality back to Midwifery being the sole purpose and providers for pregnancy aside from high risk pregnancies. I aim to lower mortality and morbidity rates among women and babies in the United States. I provide quality evidence-based care. I believe that "No one cares how much you know until, they know how much you care! At Leavitt's Itty-Bitty Delivery that is our commitment to our clients. With over 10 years of experience in the birthing field over 30 certifications, I strive to find answers and question everything with or without clinical trials, ACOG recommended standard of care. I meet my clients where they are, not on a spectrum that places all we knew and know about midwifery today on a sliding scale! I aim to break those barriers and get answers to all things prenatal, postpartum and newborn assessments and unnecessary treatments given due to protocols and policies that protect themselves and not the patients. I am also accredited A on the Better Business Bureau, WebMD, Vitals and several other sites. I have served my community for free in the past if insurance was not covered. I am unable to provide free services for births, I try to make up by working with your budget and will try for out-of-pocket reimbursements from insurance. I also serve the Elite communities as well. Daisy grew up in a small town in Alaska with her 6 siblings. She has always had a huge interest in pregnancy and birth, as she attended many of her aunts midwife prenatal visits and even one of her births at a young age. In January 2019, Daisy decided to move forward in pursuing a job in the birth worker world. She discovered what a birth doula was and soon found a certification program in Nashville TN that offered everything she was wanting. She was working in the Army as a military police at the same time as she was doing her certification, so the process took a little longer than expected but it allowed her to truly educate herself and work towards this new lifestyle for herself. When not doing birth work, Daisy enjoys spending time with her boyfriend and his three children. They do many outdoor activities to include; water parks, camping, fishing, and swimming. Daisy is certified as a labor and birth doula through Blissful Birthing TN, certified as a childbirth educator through Childbirth International, and certified as a placenta encapsulation specialist through Brilliant Birth Academy. She is also trained as a postpartum doula through Blissful Birthing TN.

After going through multiple pregnancy losses and receiving support from other women, I knew that I wanted to learn how to support women through labor and birth, both in the extreme highs and extreme lows of that journey. I was trained in 2018 and have been practicing ever since! My doula career began in San Antonio and is now continuing in middle Tennessee, where I live with my husband and 3 beautiful children. I truly see doula work as a calling and ministry. I am passionate about empowering and supporting women, and I would love to walk alongside you in your pregnancy and birth!
