Hi, Im Ashley- the woman, the doula behind Hearth + Womb Doula. As a postpartum doula with a holistic approach, I walk alongside moms and families so they don't have to walk alone. My care blends practical support with emotional grounding and soul level nourishment, creating a postpartum experience that feels held, supported and restorative. My goal is to hold you with intention and a grounded presence. ​ Each offering at Hearth + Womb is designed to honor the mother. Her body, her heart, her home, her becoming.
