I am a mother of 2 boys ages 19 and 24 whom are currently in college. I am recently a new grandmother. I started my career with working with the school board with children with disabilities. The. Proceeded to working with youth. I. The last 10 years I have been working with adults with disabilities. I am a very patient caring nurturing person.

Hello! My name is Krista and I am a passionate postpartum doula. I turned to this industry after my own two children were born prematurely. I realized that there are not enough supports for new parents, and I'm here to help change that! I offer in-home overnight support, lactation and infant-feeding support, infant care, and light housekeeping. I am always non-judgemental. My goal is to empower parents and give them confidence!

I believe every woman deserves to be cherished, heard, supported, and cared for after giving birth.  I received a lot of support from my own mother after birthing each of my 3 children. This has inspired me to use my own experience, and knowledge from my training, to offer a high level of loving support and care to others on their postpartum journey. I’m passionate about creating a non judgmental space for parents and babies to learn and grow together.

Hi! My name is Ella and I am a birth and postpartum doula serving primarily the Hamilton, Haldimand/Norfolk, & Brantford areas. I have always had a passion for all things pregnancy, birth and babies. I found my passion for birth work while searching for my own doula for the birth of my son last year! Hello there! I'm Marissa I'm a Birth and Postpartum Doula, a Somatic Birth Trauma Healer and trained in Closing of the Bones Ceremony. I'm located in Hamilton, Ontario. I have 3 sons- 9,4 and 1.5. I'm very blessed to have experienced a hospital birth, unassisted birth and a free birth. I've spent so much time unraveling the beliefs I held about birth so I could heal my birth trauma and have my dreams births, which I did! I'm so passionate in support Mothers in their journey of pregnancy, birth, and postpartum. I want ever Mother to stand in her power in her birth and birth the way SHE DESIRES. I love spending time in nature, cooking, dancing and teaching children at a forest school I work at!

Lara Esrey (they/them) is a queer non-binary full spectrum doula & educator. They offer doula support for birth, postpartum, abortion & loss. They also teach childbirth & postpartum preparation prenatal classes, offer lactation support, and are a community herbalist. Lara is trauma informed and approaches this work from a person-centred standpoint.
