Hello there! I'm Marissa I'm a Birth and Postpartum Doula, a Somatic Birth Trauma Healer and trained in Closing of the Bones Ceremony. I'm located in Hamilton, Ontario. I have 3 sons- 9,4 and 1.5. I'm very blessed to have experienced a hospital birth, unassisted birth and a free birth. I've spent so much time unraveling the beliefs I held about birth so I could heal my birth trauma and have my dreams births, which I did! I'm so passionate in support Mothers in their journey of pregnancy, birth, and postpartum. I want ever Mother to stand in her power in her birth and birth the way SHE DESIRES. I love spending time in nature, cooking, dancing and teaching children at a forest school I work at!

Somatic Birth Trauma Alchemy

There is wisdom that lives in every birth story, even the difficult ones. This is a 3 part session. Session 1: Birth Story Sharing and somatic location Session 2: Somatic healing with movement, sound and breath. Session 3: Nervous system regulation and a guided meditation You don't need any experience in somatic healing, only the desire to heal as I guide you. You have the keys to liberate yourself!

Birth and Postpartum Doula Support

2 Prenatal Sessions Including: meal prepping, birth prep, access to all online classes I've taught, birth plan/vision creation and mother blessing. In person birth support 17 hours of Postpartum care (Daytime support only) Including: Cooking, cleaning, breastfeeding support, child care, closing of the Bones ceremony, birth story integration, yoni steam and body work Payment plans available

Postpartum Doula Support

Daytime availability only Sunday & Monday (10 PM- 330 PM) Wednesday, Friday, Saturday (10AM- 12PM) Postpartum Support includes: Cooking, cleaning, breastfeeding support, bodywork, closing of the Bones, yoni steam and child care. Payment plans available
