About me

I believe every woman deserves to be cherished, heard, supported, and cared for after giving birth.  I received a lot of support from my own mother after birthing each of my 3 children. This has inspired me to use my own experience, and knowledge from my training, to offer a high level of loving support and care to others on their postpartum journey. I’m passionate about creating a non judgmental space for parents and babies to learn and grow together.

Share information and resources about recovery and adjusting to postpartum. Care for baby: feeding, bathing, changing, soothing, sleeping. Provide practical household assistance: laundry, meal or snack prep, light tidying and cleaning. Caring for baby so parents can care for themselves: eating, showering, sleeping.
