About me

My name is Natasa (pronounced Natasha). I am a certified and insured PNSW. (perinatal support worker) & a Postpartum Doula. I have been providing in home newborn care to families in the Golden Horseshoe area in Ontario for the past 17 years. I've helped parents navigate one of life's biggest transitions: bringing home a newborn. What I've learned is simple. There is no perfect method, no one-size-fits-all solution, and no universal parenting playbook. Every baby is different. Every family is different. What works beautifully for one household may create frustration in another. That's why my approach focuses on understanding your family's unique needs, goals, and challenges. Whether you're looking for support with feeding, breastfeeding, newborn sleep, daily routines, confidence building, or simply figuring out what works for your baby, I help create a practical, customized plan that fits your real life. I have listened to my clients and now offer support both in-home and digitally, giving families access to guidance wherever they are. If you're feeling overwhelmed, uncertain, or simply want expert guidance before challenges arise, start with a consultation. Together, we'll assess where you are today, identify what's getting in the way, and create a path toward the family life you're hoping to build. Reach out today to get started.

Service introduction

If there is one thing I've learned from working with families, it's that no two parenting journeys look the same. Some parents reach out before their baby arrives because they want to feel prepared. Others call when they're in the thick of sleepless nights, feeding challenges, recovery, or simply feeling overwhelmed by all the advice coming at them from every direction. Wherever you're at, you're welcome here. I believe support should meet you where you are—not where someone thinks you should be. Sometimes that means having someone physically beside you in your home, helping you navigate those early days and nights with confidence. Sometimes it means a virtual conversation to answer questions, problem-solve, or provide reassurance. Other times, it means learning at your own pace with resources you can come back to whenever you need them. Many families choose a combination of all three as their needs change over time. My goal isn't to fit you into a package. It's to understand what life looks like for you right now and create support that feels helpful, practical, and realistic for your family. Reach out so we can see where you are at and how I can help.

Cradira Flex
I support families through the postpartum and newborn stage in a way that’s flexible, practical, and grounded in real life. Every family is different, so instead of offering fixed packages, I build support around where you are, what you’re struggling with, and how much help you actually need. My approach blends hands-on care, virtual guidance, and simple systems that help bring more clarity and calm into those early weeks. You can access support in three ways: **In-home support** * Overnight newborn care so you can rest and recover * Hands-on help with feeding, soothing, and newborn care * Guidance through daily and night routines as they unfold * Support for postpartum recovery and adjusting to life with a newborn * Emotional reassurance during the harder, in-between moments * Simple systems that help your days and nights feel more predictable without being rigid **Virtual support** * Phone or video check-ins from wherever you are * Help with feeding, sleep, newborn cues, and “is this normal?” questions * Emotional support when things feel overwhelming or uncertain * Guidance to create realistic rhythms for your day or night * Simple systems to help you understand patterns and feel less reactive * Practical, real-life strategies you can actually use in the moment **Self-paced learning** * Easy-to-follow newborn care and feeding education * Postpartum recovery guidance and expectations for the early weeks * Quick-reference resources for common challenges * Learn at your own pace and revisit whenever you need * Clear, simple systems and frameworks so you’re not piecing information together from everywhere Most families end up using a combination of all three as their needs change. The goal is to create support that feels steady, realistic, and tailored to your life—not a one-size-fits-all package. At the heart of my work is this: helping you feel less overwhelmed, more supported, and more confident as you find your way through early parenthood.

Natasa helped turn one of the most overwhelming times in our lives into one of the most memorable. We felt supported, gained confidence as parents, and finally had the reassurance that we were doing okay.
