Sara, has saved my sanity. I think she's saved my husbands too- simply because of my lessened anxiety. I'm a type A girl when it comes to time, and let me tell you, when a baby doesn't sleep, it certainly doesn't help. As a first time mom and a dual business owner, I am a very "do-it yourself" kind of gal. Before two of my friends recommended Sara, I was navigating the web, on new-mom forums, researching myself, and using ChatGPT to try to help with my infants sleep. Did it help, I'd say sometimes, but it never truly made a lasting difference. I was convinced I could do it myself, until I couldn't. I have a wonderful, happy baby. At a young age, she was able to put herself to sleep. However, as she got older, and woke up to the world, it could take us an hour or more to get her to sleep. And somedays, there would simply be no sleep. I needed help, for my baby and my sanity. Sara has taught my husband and I so many things. Let's just start by saying not only does my little girl fall asleep independently, but she also sleeps overnight . She's taught us how to navigate sleep and infant illness. She's reminded us that although babies like consistency, they are amenable to schedule changes and it will not ruin EVERYTHING. She's also made us realize that a sleep failure is not "our fault". Babies are babies and sometimes they beat to their own drum. She's a calm in a whirlwind of a storm. So, if you're questioning hiring Sara and you are anything like I was- DO IT. The first two weeks may be a challenge, but it will change your life with your baby, I promise!

Sara is a total godsend. We were anxious about sleep training — we wanted to do it in a way that felt gentle and actually worked, but it all felt overwhelming. There were so many moving parts (day sleep, feeds, teething, when to check in) that we kept putting it off… and the sleep deprivation just got more intense. From our very first call, Sara brought the warmest, most supportive energy — and the kind of clear, seasoned guidance we’d been missing. She helped us make sense of the variables, feel confident in the plan, and the results came fast during her 48 Hour Sleep Intensive Program. Now our baby girl is sleeping through the night — and so are we. Sara is an incredibly kind, steady guide and a brilliant sleep consultant. We truly can’t recommend her enough.

Sara helped us transition our baby from contact-only 30 minute naps and constant nighttime waking to crib naps and sleeping soundly all night! Sara took the time to understand our baby’s needs to figure out how to support him in achieving restful, deep sleep. She was always available to answer any questions and troubleshoot. Sara always made sure that we were comfortable and supported with our sleep plan. We are so grateful!

We cannot say enough good things about Sara! We were truly in the trenches with our twins’ sleep, exhausted and overwhelmed, and she completely changed everything for us. Our twins are preemies, and it gets so hard trying to take in adjusted age vs their actual age when it comes to sleep. From the minute we decided to move forward with her services, Sara was in constant communication all day long, helping us navigate a proactive schedule for our boys. Sara created a clear, realistic plan tailored specifically to our boys, and she helped us implement a schedule that actually worked — and stuck. She is thoughtful, responsive, and incredibly knowledgeable, but what stood out most was how supportive and reassuring she was during such a hard season. She made us feel confident instead of anxious, and for the first time in a long time, we felt like we had a handle on sleep. Our boys are now on a great schedule and sleeping so much better, which has been life-changing for our entire family. If you’re struggling with baby or twin sleep and don’t know where to turn, Sara is absolutely worth it. We are beyond grateful for her help. I have already recommended her to every expecting mother I meet and continue to say this is the best money I have spent in a long time!

I could not be more grateful for the support and guidance Sara has provided our family over the past few weeks. I was truly at my breaking point when I reached out to her, and she not only helped us navigate sleep, but also helped me rebuild a healthy relationship with my daughter. Sara was always respectful, compassionate, and incredibly supportive throughout the entire process. I really appreciated that I could share ideas with her and she was open to trying different approaches to see what worked best for our daughter and our family. Sara is professional, kind, understanding—I could go on and on. I truly cannot recommend her enough, and I am so thankful we found her.

Sara was truly a lifesaver during my postpartum journey. From the very beginning, she supported me with so much compassion, knowledge, and reassurance while I navigated the challenges of postpartum recovery and learning how to care for a newborn. She has a calming presence that instantly makes you feel supported and capable, even on the hardest days. Beyond postpartum care, Sara’s sleep consulting has been absolutely incredible for our family. She is always there for us, day or night, to answer questions, offer guidance, and help us feel confident in supporting our baby’s sleep. With her help, we successfully transitioned from contact naps to crib naps in just two days, and our baby is now taking naps lasting over an hour and a half and sleeping throughout the night. I truly didn’t think that was possible so quickly. Sara goes above and beyond in every way, and her support has made such a positive impact on our family. I am endlessly grateful for her care, expertise, and kindness. I cannot recommend her enough to any family looking for postpartum or sleep support.

Sara was absolutely wonderful and we cannot recommend her enough. She took such good care of our daughter and navigated our busy house (with two dogs and two cats) with ease as if it were her own. She consistently went above and beyond what we needed and her fresh baked apple bread was an added bonus!

Sara is great to work with! We are using her for our 3.5 year old. Within a week we saw huge improvements with sleep... from waking up multiple times at night to maybe 1 time. Excited to continue the sleep plan and get even better sleep!

After bringing our NICU baby home, we were overwhelmed with sleep struggles—naps, nighttime wake-ups, and an unpredictable schedule. A friend recommended Sara, and we’re so thankful they did. With her support, our baby now sleeps through the night peacefully. We couldn’t be happier with the results!

Sara has been instrumental in improving my toddlers sleep. She is truly invested in your success and meets you and your child where you are at, creating an individualized plan tailored to your comfort level and goals. Her approach is well thought out and focuses on intentional changes that yield powerful results (which doesn’t include CIO - something very important for me). Sara is thorough, compassionate and supportive. She checks in frequently and is always available for any questions. I cannot thank her enough for the support and would highly recommend Not A Peep!
