Hi! I’m De, a postpartum doula passionate about supporting women through nourishing, honouring and nurturing them. I’m a big believer in implementing periods of rest in the immediate postpartum period, building a strong foundation for those early years into motherhood. My packages include nourishing meals which are a perfect balance of oxytocin boosting goodness and health benefits for the new mama.
