Hello, my name is Sydia Waite Maxwell, and I’m a Certified Newborn Care Specialist and postpartum doula with over 15 years of experience supporting families throughout New York and New Jersey. I specialize in overnight newborn care, helping parents establish healthy sleep habits, feeding routines, and confidence during the early weeks of their baby’s life. My goal is to create a calm, nurturing environment that allows both parents and babies to rest and thrive.

Hi, I’m Joy Noblick — a trained Birth Doula, DONA-certified Postpartum Doula and Certified Lactation Consultant, serving families in Hunterdon County, NJ, and the surrounding areas, as well as the Greater Philadelphia Area. Supporting women through life’s big transitions has always been at the heart of what I do. As a mom of four (now grown) kids and a brand-new grandmother, I know how much love, adjustment, and care those early weeks require. My mission is to help new parents feel supported, confident, and never alone during this special (and sometimes overwhelming) season. I offer a calm, nurturing presence, evidence-based newborn care guidance, and a listening ear for whatever’s on your mind. I believe every family deserves a safe, judgment-free space to rest, recover, and focus on bonding. When I’m not caring for new parents, you’ll find me spending time with my family, traveling the country in our RV, and enjoying the outdoors — hiking, biking, and exploring new places.

I am a mom of 3 in Columbia, NJ and currently working as a postpartum doula. My own journey in motherhood and specifically the postpartum period felt very isolating, and I am here now to give mothers the support I wish I had and what I think every family should have.
