I am a mom of 3 in Columbia, NJ and currently working as a postpartum doula. My own journey in motherhood and specifically the postpartum period felt very isolating, and I am here now to give mothers the support I wish I had and what I think every family should have.

Postpartum doula services included but not limited to: -infant care -guidance on what is normal in the postpartum period for mom and baby -emotional check ins -help with siblings -light household work (some dishes, laundry, meal help, etc) -support for rest and recovery

Day time support
I will visit 3 days per week, 3 hours per day, over the course of 6 weeks. Total is $1,890 ($35 per hour) If these package options don’t quite fit your needs, I’d love to hear what does. I’m always happy to customize support that works best for you and your family.
