About me

Hello Friend, my name is Brittany Hourston. I am a Postpartum Doula located in the Chicagoland area. The facets of encouraging, educating, and caring for newborns and their moms. I'm always curious to learn more about how I can be a great asset to the pair. Coming from an educational and nonprofit background, I believe the growth of a child starts at the beginning stages of early childhood, and establishing a positive atmosphere with great strategies will help to get there. My agency works to establish a judgment-free zone for all parents seeking informational and emotional support.

Service introduction

As a new or recurrent birthing person, I help to provide comfort, support, and education throughout your birthing journey. I offer overnight and daytime postpartum doula support services for families in need of support wherever they are located.

Packages
Essential Overnight Postpartum Care
With our Postpartum Doula Support package, you will receive an 8-hour nighttime shift. The following will be provided: light housework, assistance with changing & settling newborn, lactation educational sessions, feeding & caring for baby, creating bottles for feedings, sanitizing and washing bottles and/or pump supplies, and notes on baby activities.

VIP Daytime Postpartum Care
With our Postpartum Doula Support package, you will receive a 4-hour daytime shift. The following will be provided: light housework, meal prep and clean up, laundry, errands, newborn care, lactation educational sessions, allowing parents to sleep, tracking notes, and newborn education.
