Hello! I'm a specialized postpartum doula with a passion for holistic well-being and a heart committed to supporting mothers on their unique journeys. My approach to postpartum care is a blend of researched practices and traditions that promote both physical and mental healing. My belief is simple yet profound – healing involves the mind, body, and soul, nurtured through compassionate support, nourishing food, and the space to rest. I am dedicated to helping moms recover faster, become stronger, and feel their absolute best, empowering them to be the best parents they can be. My personal postpartum struggles guided me on my path into the world of postpartum care. Turning my challenges into an opportunity to support others, I am dedicated to meeting moms where they are in their postpartum journey and helping them achieve their goals. I've learned a lot of practical knowledge through my postpartum journeys – breastfeeding all three of my children, tandem nursing twins, using cloth diapers, creating homemade baby food, and embracing baby wearing, that I am eager to share. I love helping moms integrate these practices into their lives. I am passionate about holistic practices, but am also comfortable around modern medicine. My approach is rooted in understanding and respecting each family's choices. My strengths shine brightest when engaging with mothers – whether it's during heartfelt conversations, changing diapers, or bringing nourishing meals. I hope to create a calming, caring, and supportive space that shines light on the path of each mother I have the opportunity to support.

I truly don’t know how we would’ve made it through those first few weeks without her. From the moment she stepped into our home, she brought such a calm, reassuring presence. She cared for our baby with such gentleness, but she also cared for me—making sure I was resting, eating, and emotionally supported. She answered all my questions (big and small) with so much compassion and knowledge. It felt like having a best friend, a baby whisperer, and a lifeline all in one. If you’re on the fence about hiring a postpartum doula—do it, and do it with her. You won’t regret it!

Hi, my name is Kasey Tolliver. I’m a mom of two, a doula, and a community health worker. My journey into birth work began after my first child was born by C-section. I struggled with postpartum depression and anxiety, and during that challenging season I found comfort and connection in local moms’ groups. Being surrounded by mothers with similar experiences lit a fire in me, I knew I wanted to support women through these vulnerable, powerful moments. I became a doula to deepen my knowledge of childbirth and to better serve families. After completing my certification, I went on to achieve a successful, non-medicated VBAC with my second child—an experience that strengthened my confidence and reinforced my belief in the power and resilience of birthing women. Today, my mission is to remind women of their strength, ensure families receive the care and respect they deserve wherever they choose to give birth, and help create the safest, healthiest experience possible for both mom and baby.

Hi, I'm Tayler Robins! I'm a proud wife and mom of three amazing boys. My journey into the birth community began after experiencing birth trauma with my first birth. It was a challenging time, but I was fortunate enough to have a doula by my side during my second birth who empowered me to advocate for myself. I’ve now chosen to be a part of the birth community, helping others feel empowered and confident as they navigate their own experiences. I’m Kelley, St. Louis birth doula, mom to 3 boys, married to the guy I fell in love with in high school. I became obsessed with birth after our first was born via cesarean after an induction for “dates” for “failure to progress.” Air quotes intended. The disappointment I felt surprised me; I dove into research about birth in America. I learned all about my fertility, chose a provider who would be supportive of a vaginal birth after cesarean (VBAC), and hired a doula. Best laid plans and all that… I had a cesarean for high blood pressure at 42 weeks. I definitely still felt disappointed over his birth, but because I was educated and well supported, I knew we had made the best decisions with the options we had. I still planned for VBA2C for baby #3, and was able to push him out of my body right into his daddy’s hands – with a lot of help from my medical team for high blood pressure again, and so much support from my doula. When my former industry got flip-turned upside down and my structural engineering days were forced to end, I decided to follow my passion and dreams and become a birth doula, and now life has moved us from our native Houston to St. Louis. I see my role as a birth doula like being a good coach. I’m on the sidelines with all the information for you, but you’re the one who has to execute the plays. I’m here to educate you and support you whether you’re having a baby at home in the water with twinkle lights, epidural or not at the hospital, or a planned cesarean. I’m going to meet you where you are and dig down into that hole with you. And after the baby is here and you’re overwhelmed, I’m available to help you out, listen to you, and get you through those first few weeks. When I’m not doula-ing, I’m training Jiu Jitsu, at the baseball fields, a wrestling meet, a choir or band event, playing banjo, or I’ve got my nose stuck in a book. And I’m always down for some Tex-Mex.

Kelley is the absolute best! From the moment we started working with Kelley during my first pregnancy, I knew she was the perfect fit for our birth team. I wanted to approach birth like an athlete—mentally and physically prepared, with a strong advocate by my side—and Kelley was exactly that. She was both coach and champion for me and my husband, ensuring we felt confident, informed, and supported every step of the way. When labor came, she was instrumental in helping me stay focused and in control. The movements she guided me through were game-changers, especially when my baby’s heart rate fluctuated during contractions. Thanks to her expertise, we were able to avoid additional interventions and stay on track for the vaginal birth I had planned. The nurses were raving about Kelley, praising how seamlessly she worked with them, understanding the plan of care and adjusting strategies in real time. Her presence brought a sense of calm, strength, and reassurance that I truly believe made all the difference in my experience. Without a doubt, Kelley will be a part of our birth team again when we welcome our next child. If you’re looking for a doula who will advocate fiercely, support you completely, and help you approach birth with confidence, Kelley is the one you want by your side. Thank you, Kelley, for being such an incredible part of our journey!

My journey to becoming a postpartum doula and lactation counselor began after experiencing the lack of support from medical staff when my first son was born. This personal experience ignited my passion to ensure that other mothers do not feel the same sense of isolation and overwhelm. I am dedicated to providing compassionate and comprehensive support to new mothers. My goal is to help women heal from their birth experience, feel confident in their new role, and not feel alone during this crucial time. Through my services, I strive to create a nurturing environment where mothers can thrive, bond with their babies, and access the guidance they need for a successful breastfeeding journey.

Hi! I'm Cheyanna Warren, a birth doula who's been loving on moms for 3 years! I'm 25 and Wisconsin-born and raised. I have a wonderful Husband, Kyle, and together we have two boys, Wyatt and Mason. I always knew I belonged somewhere in the birth world, but I wasn't sure where, until I was introduced to the idea of being a doula, and that's when I knew this is where I was meant to be! Helping Moms achieve a positive birth experience is such a passion of mine. I pride myself on the relationships I build with my families. I believe the first step in creating a safe birth space is to have full trust and comfort with those in your birthing journey. To achieve this, I take away that typical doula client "standard" and create a true lasting friendship so you know you can feel supported in a judgment-free zone! When I'm not attending Happy birthday parties, you'll find me playing with my kiddos, cooking, or watching reality TV!

Hiring the right Doula was an incredibly important and necessary part of my birth story. I was terrified to give birth due to past trauma and fear of the unknown. I needed someone by my side to teach me what to expect and to be my advocate. Sarah fully prepared me for the expected and unexpected. She was my advocate, cheerleader, and friend through the entire process. I felt prepared and was able to be fully present for the birth of my son. I felt, and feel, she really cares for me. Sarah continues to check on me (4 months PP). I don't think this is a job for her, but a calling for those who need her. Hiring Sarah was the best decision I could have made. If an informed and beautiful experience is what you desire, consider Sarah.

After watching all of the beautiful and peaceful homebirths I was very disappointed that I was advised to go to the hospital due to my son being measured too small during my third trimester. After spending a night there I got very nervous and anxious and didn't quite know how it was all going to work out, as I was hell-bent on wanting a natural birth without being pushed by the Gynaecologist to induce my contractions. And in walks the lovely Chelsea...a clinical doula, something I knew existed (a doula) just not provided as a service in the hospital! Chelsea and I instantly connected and with her soft and sweet voice she helped me with breathing exercises, taking my mind away from the intense extractions. She even brought her own natural coconut oil with which she massaged all the areas that hurt or simply needed the pressure. She also spoke with the Gynaecologist and reassured my contractions we're coming every 10/5 minutes or so, which gave us the opportunity to initiate my labour naturally. I heard lots of horrible birth stories, especially those in hospitals, but I can honestly say I had an absolute wonderful birth thanks to Chelsea. Truly a gift from above to may have had you there with me. Both my partner and mother still ask about her and would love to see her again. We are eternally grateful for her and wish her all the best!
