About me

Hello! I pride myself on being a safe, non-judgmental, supportive space for all parents! My goal for prenatal care is to help educate you of your rights, options, and alternatives during pregnancy and labor/delivery. I also want to be a solid safe space for you to vent, ask questions, and to recieve validation. I support whatever birth you envision in the hospital or at home, and advocate for your wishes and preferences. My goal for post partum is to help your body, mind, and soul heal from birth and help yoi transitioninto this new season of life. I have a passion for helping you discover the parent YOU want to be, as well as provide support around the house, all while helping you navigate through the changes of your new body and home life! I am also a lactation specialist who has been nursing for 8+ years straight! This includes many dynamics! Working full time, staying home, nursing through pregnancy, and tandem nursing to name a few! Belly binding and placenta encapsulation are two of my other services that I enjoy! ❤️

I offer individualized payment plans per family! Birth support includes a free consultation, open phone line, creating a birth wishes and preferences list, monthly visits/calls, in person birth support and 1 post partum visits! Post partum support doula support is individualized per family and their individual needs!
