Hi I’m Amber and I am a loving mother of 3 beautiful children. I come from a diverse background and have had 3 very different birth experiences. After having my last baby in 2021 I became incredibly invested in women’s birthing experiences, before, during and after and through research saw that there was a need in my area for supportive women just like me. I decided to take the journey to become a Doula and will be continuing my education in all areas. I want to help change the way women think of their birthing experience and make Doula service and Breastfeeding services more obtainable for all women no matter your circumstances. Please reach out if you have questions about how I can help make your birthing experience better. ❤️

Hi I’m Kellie…mom of 2, caretaker of 3, massage therapist, birth doula, educator. Coming from a village of people that take care of each other, I know first hand what it feels like to be overworked, exhausted, and overwhelmed from navigating through life's daily must do's. I have always enjoyed working in the service of others. I also know that I cannot do that if I don't take care of myself. Allow me to give you the time to heal you so you have the strength to continue helping others.

I’m an activist with a bit of a sticker (and hat!) obsession, and an addiction to reading nonfiction. I am a Birth Arts International trained doula and childbirth educator. I’m always learning; it’s one of my favorite things to do. I’ve taken birth photography training with Birth Becomes You, where some of my images have also been featured! I also take several doula webinars and workshops every year to stay up to date and informed. Truthfully, my biggest regret with both of my births is that I didn’t hire a photographer. For my first, there is one picture of me in labor and one photo where it’s unclear whether the baby is even on my chest yet or not. For my second, a midwife took photos on a cell phone camera (which was awful!). Every single one is blurry, but I at least ended up with something that time! The thing I underestimated (twice) is just how much I wanted those pictures to look at in the following days, weeks, months, years to come. How I would long to relive the experience without much to bring me back. These are the two most important days of my life, of course I want pictures to remember them by! I often wonder how much of an impact that could have made for my mental health in those first few days and weeks. Birth photography isn’t just about the photos– it’s a living, breathing story. It’s a story of transformation for you and everyone involved. It’s a story you’ll want to pass down to your kids.

Miriam Samassa

Hello! My name is Miriam Samassa, and I’m a licensed nurse with 2 years of experience in Emergency Room nursing. I’m now transitioning into in-home infant care and nanny work, where I can continue supporting families with the calm, attentive care I provided in the hospital setting. While this is my first formal role as a night nanny, I bring a strong foundation in newborn and pediatric care, including feeding support, safe sleep practices, and recognizing signs of distress or illness. In the ER, I often worked with infants and young children—developing not only clinical skills but also the empathy, communication, and attentiveness essential to caring for little ones and their parents. I am CPR and First Aid certified, familiar with infant cues and developmental stages, and deeply committed to providing a safe, restful environment for families adjusting to life with a new baby. I’m especially passionate about helping parents feel supported during those challenging overnight hours. I’m currently seeking overnight or part-time positions in Philadelphia and surrounding areas, and I would be honored to bring my medical experience and nurturing approach into your home. Thank you for considering me — I look forward to connecting!

Hi folks! My name is Revvy (he/him & she/her). I am a queer & trans full-spectrum birthworker based in Delaware County, PA, just outside of Philadelphia. My aim is to support folks through all possible experiences & outcomes of the reproductive process. My practice centers survivors and their autonomy, operating through a witchy lens. I believe all healing and care work practices must be intersectional as well as liberation-minded. I strive to make my work accessible and community oriented.

Recent review

Revvy was my doula for my most recent conception and pregnancy journey, and I could not have asked for a better experience. Revvy is knowledgable, and was able to answer questions that I had succinctly and compassionately. My pregnancy was complex, with gestational hypertension that caused me to have my baby boy several weeks early. Through this, Revvy helped me to feel empowered and prepared with solid information, recommendations for homeopathic remedies, and enthusiastic reassurance. My partner and I felt empowered to advocate for ourselves, especially after previous losses and challenges surrounding those feelings. I felt supported through the whole process, and would recommend Revvy as a doula to anybody looking for services.

Hi I’m Keely and I’m a birth doula serving South Jersey & the Greater Philly area. I only take one client per month to really make sure you have someone you can lean on for anything. I believe every woman should have a doula and that support on this level can change a potentially nerve wracking experience into something empowering and beautiful.

I have been a registered nurse for 8+ years working with parents and infants throughout my whole career. Even with my experience, my entry into parenthood was difficult - I had breastfeeding struggles and felt unheard by many of my providers. My goal as a nurse and lactation consultant is to be the calm, knowledgeable and nonjudgmental presence you turn to during your prenatal and postpartum journeys.

I am a mom to two boys, Judah & Roman, who inspired me to start on this journey of helping mothers learn to overcome breastfeeding hurdles when I hit my own very early on. I had very different issues to work through with both boys, but with the help of my "village" that included very supportive friends, family, and IBCLCs both in and out of the hospital setting, I was able to reach my own personal breastfeeding goals. That is what I'm here to help moms do today - reach goals unique to each and every mom out there by providing support, empowerment, and education through quality, up-to-date care. I service Delaware County, and parts of Philadelphia and Montgomery counties. Please call or email me with any questions. I look forward to meeting you and your baby!
