Hi I’m Kellie…mom of 2, caretaker of 3, massage therapist, birth doula, educator. Coming from a village of people that take care of each other, I know first hand what it feels like to be overworked, exhausted, and overwhelmed from navigating through life's daily must do's. I have always enjoyed working in the service of others. I also know that I cannot do that if I don't take care of myself.
