Crystal was amazing and I’m pleased with her services. She was able to help me creat a sleep schedule that worked with my schedule and my babies specific needs. Crystal has a quick response time and is available so frequently. She was able to answer all of my questions and reassure me in harder moments of the process. Having my baby now be able to put her self to sleep peacefully has made a huge difference in my day to day life. I highly recommend Crystal!

Hi, I'm Jenn! Frazzled, weary, unable to concentrate...I’ve been there. I was a mommy zombie. No joke...it wasn’t pretty. Struggling to find a sleep solution with my oldest daughter was the motivation for my sleep research and subsequent training. After countless sleepless nights, reading almost every sleep book on the market, and hours surfing the internet for a sleep solution (all the conflicting information and misinformation), I came across Dana Obleman’s Sleep Sense program. It CHANGED my life. Fast forward a few years later and as a mom of two I was presented with the opportunity to train and be mentored by world renowned sleep expert Dana Obleman and become certified as a pediatric sleep coach and consultant. I JUMPED at the chance...and the rest is history. For the past eleven years, I have been working with families worldwide and have transformed the lives of over 1,000 families. I love the work that I do and have been honored to be named one of the top 200 sleep consultants in the United States for the past three years by TUCK (an authority on sleep).

What sets me apart from many other doulas in the area is not only the amount of births I’ve attended, but my philosophy and core beliefs. I serve primarily home births, but for the right client will attend a hospital birth or help them labor at home as long as possible. My clients are fierce, often yearning for redemption. Who know in their soul they hold the ability to birth their baby without unnecessary interventions, without letting scare tactics or manipulation effect their journey. Clients who demand informed consent and truly weigh risks/vs benefits, alternative options, etc. The rebels. Those are my people.

Hi there! I’m Jenna, and I’m so glad you’re considering me to help guide you through your motherhood journey. As a board-certified occupational therapist with over nine years of experience, I specialize in maternal and pediatric care and truly love what I do. As a mom of two, I truly understand the joys and challenges of welcoming a new baby into your family, and I bring that experience into every patient interaction. I’m particularly passionate about helping new moms navigate the early days of feeding their newborns. I also emphasize postpartum wellness, knowing how important it is for moms to take care of their own health, too. My goal is to be a resource for both you and your baby, helping you build a strong, healthy foundation as a family. When I'm not driving all around town doing home visits, I enjoy spending time with my kids and husband, cooking comforting meals, snuggling with my pitbull, listening to podcasts, and watching anything on Bravo. I look forward to meeting you and your little one, learning about your unique family, and supporting you every step of the way.

I am a pediatric sleep coach and postpartum doula who specializes in helping parents of babies aged 0 to 12 months establish healthy, independent sleep habits using gentle, responsive methods. My approach focuses on: * Early sleep foundations starting as early as 0 months * No cry-it-out, stress-free support that aligns with attachment-focused parenting *Postpartum doula care that provides holistic, emotional, and practical guidance in the early weeks. I am the go-to guide for parents who want more rest without compromising connection, and who value nurturing, individualized support during their baby’s first year. I have a blended family of three boys, a rambunctious puppy and know exactly what it feels like to struggle with your child’s sleep!

Diane is deeply caring and smart. I felt truly listened to when working with Diane. She supported not only my nursing journey, but also my motherhood journey. From the first fragile days postpartum through weaning, Diane sees mothers as whole people and validates all the many emotions that come with this wild ride. She is incredibly knowledgeable. She always had many suggestions and resources for any issue I faced through nursing two children. In particular, when I struggled with Breastfeeding Aversion and Agitation (BAA) while nursing my toddler, Diane was a wealth of information. I felt awful and didn't know how to explain what was going on, but I felt safe reaching out to Diane for help. She made me feel seen and understood. Diane helped me understand what was happening and work through ways to ease the BAA. While many lactation consultants are primarily versed in working with babies, Diane is a sage guide through extended breastfeeding as well. I am so thankful for Diane's loving guidance.

I‘m a mama of two, Jesus lover & your birth bestie! I primarily support home births, with select birth center/hospital care as well. I believe that women were created to give birth, and that peaceful birth leads to peaceful society. Let’s use the gift of our physiology to labor like our motherhood depends on it, because it does.

I am passionate about supporting families through pregnancy, labor & birth as a birth doula. I provide prenatal childbirth education to all clients, making sure that everyone approaches childbirth with the basic understanding of what's going on internally, and how to work WITH your body's natural hormones, not against them, to get the best birthing experience possible. I support birth wherever it happens (home, hospital, or birthing center) and am especially passionate about supporting VBACs and home births.
