Hi everyone, my name is Nancy and I am a Postpartum Doula, New Parent Educator, and Perinatal Mental Health Specialist. We have a team of providers at Anamav Postnatal Care who offer various services across the Greater Toronto Area (including Peel, York, Durham and Simcoe) as well as virtually. Our team includes postpartum doulas, lactation consultants, psychotherapists and sleep consultants. Anamav made my postpartum experience so seamless and stress free. They provided me with postpartum doula support to help me get the day to day tasks done and it was just nice to have an adult around to chat with!
