About me

Hi! my name is Esther. I'm a mom of 2, a birth and postpartum doula & Reiki practioner. I have a huge passion for helping moms and there partners during this amazing time. I have many resources which can give you in depth knowledge about all things related to pregnancy birth and postpartum. I am also certified in infant CPR. I believe in helping the birth mom and partner to achieve the best version of there birth plan and to have the most positive experience. I will be there for you at any time of day to support you and to make sure you questions are always answered.

Service introduction

I offer Doula labor and postpartum support which can include information packages and 24 hour talk and text support during your pregnancy. I will also be available to help with postpartum support including helping you to breastfeed/bottle feed, newborn care, and helping with light house keeping.

Silver Package

In this package I will give you an information packet regarding pregnancy, labor and postpartum. I will give you 1 prenatal visit in person 1 over video chat. I will be at your birth supporting you the whole time. I will assist you in breastfeeding/bottle feeding and any other support that you may need. Postpartum I will visit 2 times at your home to see how you and your family is adjusting. I will assist with newborn care and teach you tips and tricks to aid you throughout your postpartum period. I will also be available 24/7 through talk and text, from pregnancy up to 4 weeks postpartum, to answer any and all concerns that you may have.

Bronze Package

In this package you will have an information packet regarding pregnancy birth and postpartum. I will have 1 in person appointment with you to discuss your birth plan and your expectations. I will come to your birth to support you. Helping you threw the entire process. I will stay a few hours to help you breastfeed/bottle feed and any other assistance that you may need. Postpartum I will visit 1 time at a time of your choosing, and if you feel that you need another visit, I will come for 3 hours at the prefixed rate at no extra charge. Postpartum I will help you will newborn care, tips and tricks for you and baby as well as helping you and your family adjust. I will be available 24/7 threw talk and text, for the entire pregnancy up to 4 weeks postpartum, to answer any and all concerns or questions that you may have.

Esther is so kind and patient with us mothers and the baby she is caring for . She is amazing also with postpartum and all the anxiety as a new mum ! She’s there for you ! Day or night ! Always with a calm presence that’s you know you can do it ! Her knowledge and will do be there and so what ever she can to help is what makes her the best at what she does !

Ester has been an amazing support during my pregnancy ! She’s gentle, kind and resourceful. I had a lot of anxiety during this time and she helped me relax and introduced me to essential oils which truly worked wonders. I highly recommend!
